Abstract

Description
本発明では、高効率でメンテナンスフリーなクランクケース換気法と、新しいチャージエアー冷却コンセプトと組み合わせる。本発明の目標はケーブルレスなモータ設計の統合ソリューションにある。
以下、例として示す本発明の実施形態を参照して本発明をより詳細に説明する。
上記ユニットは独立したモジュール9として設計される。
内部支持構造は例えばトンボの羽根構造に対応する。

Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1つの給気冷却器と、少なくとも1つの制御装置と、第1冷却回路と、第2冷却回路とを有し、第1冷却回路は内燃機関のラジエータに流体接続され、内燃機関の第2冷却回路はインタークーラーと流体的に接続されている内燃機関、特にディーゼルエンジン。
- 上記制御装置が上記給気冷却器の領域内に配置され、同じ冷却装置によって冷却されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関。
- 第2冷却回路が少なくとも1つのポンプに流体接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関。
- 少なくとも1つのベンチュリ管を含む能動的なクランクケース換気装置を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 上記ベンチュリ管がブリーズビーム型ポンプ(Art Saustrahlpumpe)として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 上記インタークーラーがシリンダーヘッドカバー上にほぼワイヤーレスの状態で設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 第1冷却回路と第2冷却回路が少なくとも一つの混合弁を介して流体連結され、特に、給気冷却器のウオームシップ期の間に第1冷却回路の冷却水によって加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 共振を回避するためにシリンダヘッドカバー上方の実質的に全領域が二重フードで覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- バイオニックフードがバイオニック内部リブを有する、または有さない2つの同一の内部構造することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
