Description
Claims (10)
- 過給燃焼機関(2)用装置であって、前記装置は、
大気圧よりも高い圧力の空気を前記燃焼機関(2)へ案内するようになっている吸気ライン(8)と、
前記吸気ライン(8)の前記空気に第1の圧縮ステップを実施するようになっている第1の圧縮機(6a)と、
前記吸気ライン(8)の前記空気に第2の圧縮ステップを実施するようになっている第2の圧縮機(6b)と、
循環冷媒を備えた第1の冷却システムと、
前記燃焼機関の通常運転中に前記第1の冷却システムの前記冷媒よりも低い温度の循環冷媒を備えた第2の冷却システムとを含む、装置において、
前記吸気ライン(8)において、前記第1の圧縮機(6a)と前記第2の圧縮機(6b)との間の位置に適用され、前記第2の冷却システムからの冷媒によって冷却されるようになっている第1の給気冷却器(9a)と、
前記吸気ライン(8)において、前記第2の圧縮機(6b)の下流側の位置に配置され、前記第1の冷却システムからの冷媒によって冷却されるようになっている第2の給気冷却器(9b)と、
前記吸気ライン(8)において、前記第2の給気冷却器(9b)の下流側の位置に適用され、前記第2の冷却システムからの冷媒によって冷却されるようになっている第3の給気冷却器(9c)とを含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第1の冷却システムは、前記冷媒が空気によって冷却されるようになっている第1の放熱器(20)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載された装置。
- 前記第1の冷却システムは、前記冷媒が空気によって冷却されるようになっている追加の放熱器(36)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載された装置。
- 前記追加の放熱器(36)及び前記第1の放熱器(20)は、前記第1の冷却システム内において並行に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載された装置。
- 前記第1の冷却システムは、前記燃焼機関(2)を冷却するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載された装置。
- 前記第2の冷却システムは、前記冷媒を周囲温度の空気によって冷却するようになっている放熱器要素(24)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載された装置。
- 前記第2の冷却システムは、前記第1の給気冷却器(9a)へ冷媒を案内するようになっているライン(26c)と、前記第3の給気冷却器(9c)へ冷媒を案内するようになっているライン(26d)とを含み、前記ライン(26c)及び前記ライン(26d)は、実質的に同じ温度の冷媒をそれぞれの前記給気冷却器(9a、9c)へ案内するように並行に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載された装置。
- 前記第2の冷却システムは、さらに別の冷却器(14b、35)へ冷媒を案内する少なくとも1つの別の並行ライン(26e、26f)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載された装置。
- 前記排気ライン(4)を前記吸気ライン(8)へ接続する戻りライン(11)を含み、前記排気ライン(4)から前記戻りライン(11)を介して前記吸気ライン(8)へ排気ガスを再循環させることが可能となっていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか一項に記載された装置。
- 前記戻りライン(11)は、前記第1の冷却システムからの冷媒によって冷却されるようになっている第1のEGR冷却器(14a)と、前記第2の冷却システムからの冷媒によって冷却されるようになっている第2のEGR冷却器(14b)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載された装置。
