Abstract
【解決手段】ターボチャージャを備えた自動車で再循環排気(AG)および給気(LL)を冷却するための装置(A)であって、少なくとも各1つの排気流用熱交換器と1つの給気流用熱交換器とを有するものにおいて、少なくともそれぞれ1つの排気流用熱交換器と1つの給気流用熱交換器が1つの共通する低温冷却材回路(NK)の一部であることを特徴とする装置。

Claims (13)
- ターボチャージャを備えた自動車で再循環排気(AG)および給気(LL)を冷却するための装置(A)であって、少なくとも各1つの排気流用熱交換器と1つの給気流用熱交換器とを有するものにおいて、少なくともそれぞれ1つの排気流用熱交換器と1つの給気流用熱交換器が1つの共通する低温冷却材回路(NK)の一部であることを特徴とする装置。
- 両方の熱交換器が低温冷却材回路(NK)中で並列に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置。
- 低温冷却材回路(NK)中に1つのポンプ(ZWP)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の装置。
- ポンプ(ZWP)が調節可能または切換可能であることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の装置。
- ポンプ(ZWP)が低温冷却材回路(NK)の分岐部の上流側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3、4のいずれか記載の装置。
- 低温冷却材回路(NK)の一部が空気冷却式低温冷却材冷却器(NKK)であることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 低温冷却材回路(NK)内の冷却材流を調節するための1つの絞り部材が低温冷却材回路(NK)の並列に接続された2つの領域のうちの一方に配置されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 絞り部材が調節可能な絞り弁(DV)であることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の装置。
- 絞り部材が1つの膨張要素を有することを特徴とする、請求項7または8記載の装置。
- 絞り部材が給気冷却器(LLK)の冷却材出口に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- ターボチャージャを備えた自動車において再循環排気(AG)および給気(LL)を冷却するための装置で排気および給気を冷却するための方法であって、装置が少なくとも各1つの排気流用熱交換器と1つの給気流用熱交換器とを有するものにおいて、再循環排気(AG)および給気(LL)を冷却するのに、同じ低温冷却材回路(NK)の冷却材が使用されることを特徴とする方法。
- 低いおよび中間的エンジン負荷および回転数のとき50%超の冷却材が排気冷却器(AGK)に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の方法。
- 高いエンジン負荷および回転数、特に全負荷範囲のとき、50%超の冷却材が給気冷却器(LLK)に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項11または12記載の方法。
