Abstract
【解決手段】対向配置したハウジング体の間に設けた弁体開閉駆動体とこの弁体開閉駆動体のステムとこのステムに弁体を備えハウジング体にはシリンダ機構により上下動するピストンロッドとこのピストンロッドのカム部材とこのカム部材に形成したカム溝には弁体開閉駆動体に設けられかつカム溝に摺動可能に案内されたカムローラとを有し弁体開閉駆動体の両側のスプリング受部とこのスプリング受部をカム部材に配置しかつスプリング受部とピストンロッドとの間に弾発支持させたスプリングとを備えハウジング体には弁体開閉駆動体がハウジング体の間を上下動する上下動案内部と弁体開閉駆動体が上昇時に係止するストッパ部とを備えた真空用ゲートバルブである。

Claims (11)
- 対向配置した縦長のハウジング体の間に設けた弁体開閉駆動体と、この弁体開閉駆動体の上部に固定したステムと、このステムの上端に弁体シール材を有する長尺矩形状の弁体と、を備え、前記ハウジング体には、シリンダ機構により上下動するピストンロッドと、このピストンロッドの上部に固着したカム部材と、このカム部材に形成した長穴のカム溝には、前記弁体開閉駆動体の両側上部に設けられ、かつ前記カム溝に揺動可能に案内されたカムローラと、を有し、前記弁体開閉駆動体の両側には、スプリング受け部と、このスプリング受け部を前記カム部材の下部に配置し、かつ前記スプリング受け部と前記ピストンロッドとの間に弾発支持させたスプリングと、を備えており、前記ハウジング体と前記弁体開閉駆動体の下方位置には、前記弁体開閉駆動体が前記ハウジング体の間の上昇時に係止するストッパ部と、前記ハウジング体の間において振り子動作する際の支点を、それぞれ備え、前記ピストンロッドが上昇し前記支点が前記ストッパ部に係止し、さらにピストンロッドが上昇してスプリングが縮みながらカムローラを流路側方向に押し、かつ前記振り子動作により弁を閉じ、弁座に弁体シール材が接触する位置で弁座と弁体が平行になるように設定し、弁体シール材を締付圧縮してステムをたわませて弁体シール材を弁座とほぼ平行に締め切るようにしたことを特徴とする真空用ゲートバルブ。
- 前記弁体開閉駆動体は、弁閉時の荷重でも撓みを生じない剛体構造である請求項1に記載の真空用ゲートバルブ。
- 前記ピストンロッドの上方に設けた装着軸部を前記スプリング受け部の開口部より挿通させた状態で前記カム部材と装着軸部とをボルトで固着した請求項1又は2に記載の真空用ゲートバルブ。
- 前記スプリングは、前記装着軸部にはめ込んだ状態で上端を前記スプリング受け部に、他端を前記ピストンロッドの上端に当接させた請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の真空用ゲートバルブ。
- 前記スプリング受け部を前記弁体開閉駆動体に対して回動自在に設けて取付け角度調整可能にした請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の真空用ゲートバルブ。
- 前記スプリング受け部に回動溝を有する回動軸を前記弁体開閉駆動体の挿入穴に挿入した状態で、前記弁体開閉駆動体に固着したセットビスで前記回動溝が回動自在に案内されるようにした請求項5に記載の真空用ゲートバルブ。
- 縦長の上下動案内溝を前記ハウジング体の下方位置に形成し、この上下動案内溝の上端に前記ストッパ部としての支点ストッパを有し、前記支点は、支点ロッドである請求項1又は2に記載の真空用ゲートバルブ。
- 前記弁体開閉駆動体の下端にロッド受け部としての支点を有し、前記ストッパ部は、前記ハウジング体に設けたストッパロッドである請求項1又は2に記載の真空用ゲートバルブ。
- 前記ハウジング体の下部にシリンダベースを連結し、このシリンダベースには、エアを給排する流路を設け、この流路を前記シリンダ機構のシリンダ室に連通させた請求項1又は2に記載の真空用ゲートバルブ。
- 前記ステムの上端部を前記弁体の中央位置にボルトで固着した請求項1又は2に記載の真空用ゲートバルブ。
- 前記弁体開閉駆動体の前記支点の位置は、前記弁体の弁体シール材が押圧して締め切る弁箱側の弁座の真下位置になるように設定した請求項1又は2に記載の真空用ゲートバルブ。
