Abstract
【解決手段】スペーサ3は、第1筒状部31においてスペーサ3と電線100との間で編組体2の1次圧着状態を形成する。1次圧着状態形成後、電線100および編組体2に挿入された端子金具4の第2フランジ42が第1フランジ32と接触した接触状態において、第2筒状部41に挿入されたスリーブ5が、第2筒状部41においてスリーブ5と端子金具4との間で編組体2の圧着状態を形成し、端子金具4を編組体2に固定する。

Claims (4)
- 芯線および絶縁体からなる電線の一部を被覆し、かつ金属線を編み込んで形成される編組体と、
前記編組体が貫通する第1筒状部を有し、軸方向における一方の端部において、半径方向外側に突出する第1フランジを有するスペーサと、
前記編組体が貫通する第2筒状部を有し、アース部材に電気的に接続され、かつ軸方向における他方の端部において、半径方向外側に突出する第2フランジを有する端子金具と、
前記編組体のうち、前記端子金具の軸方向における一方の端部側において、折り返された一方の端部が挟まれた状態で、前記第2筒状部が貫通するスリーブと、
を備える端子金具固定構造において、
前記スペーサは、前記第1筒状部が半径方向内側に向かって変形しており、前記スペーサと前記電線との間で前記編組体の圧着状態を形成し、
前記スリーブは、前記第2フランジが前記第1フランジと接触した接触状態において、前記スリーブが半径方向内側に向かって変形しており、少なくとも前記スリーブと前記端子金具との間で前記編組体の圧着状態を形成する、
ことを特徴とする端子金具固定構造。 - 請求項1に記載の端子金具固定構造において、
前記編組体のうち、前記一方の端部は、前記第2フランジに少なくとも一部が接触する、
端子金具固定構造。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の端子金具固定構造において、
前記第2フランジは、半径方向外側の端部が前記軸方向における他方に突出して形成され、前記第1フランジの半径方向外側の端部を覆う、
端子金具固定構造。 - 芯線および絶縁体からなる電線と、
前記電線の一部を被覆し、かつ金属線を編み込んで形成される編組体と、
前記編組体が貫通する第1筒状部を有し、軸方向における一方の端部において、半径方向外側に突出する第1フランジを有するスペーサと、
前記編組体が貫通する第2筒状部を有し、アース部材に電気的に接続され、かつ軸方向における他方の端部において、半径方向外側に突出する第2フランジを有する端子金具と、
前記編組体のうち、前記端子金具の軸方向における一方の端部側において、折り返された一方の端部が挟まれた状態で、前記第2筒状部が貫通するスリーブと、
を備えるワイヤハーネスにおいて、
前記スペーサは、前記第1筒状部が半径方向内側に向かって変形しており、前記スペーサと前記電線との間で前記編組体の圧着状態を形成し、
前記スリーブは、前記第2フランジが前記第1フランジと接触した接触状態において、前記スリーブが半径方向内側に向かって変形しており、少なくとも前記スリーブと前記端子金具との間で前記編組体の圧着状態を形成する、
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。
