Claims (3)
- 導体と内部絶縁被覆とシールド部と外部絶縁被覆とを有したシールド電線を、接続対象物の一方側から他方側に向かう挿通方向に沿って該接続対象物の挿通孔に挿通させて該接続対象物に接続するためのシールドコネクタ構造であって、
前記シールド電線を挿通させるとともに前記接続対象物の前記一方側に固定されるハウジングと、
前記シールド電線のシールド部と前記接続対象物とを接続する導電性かつ筒状のシールド部材と、
前記シールド部材の内面と前記シールド電線の外部絶縁被覆の外面との間に介挿される第一シール部材と、
前記シールド部材の外面と前記接続対象物の挿通孔の内面との間に介挿される第二シール部材と、を備え、
前記ハウジングは、
前記接続対象物の前記一方側の面に対して前記シールド部材を挟み込んで導通させるハウジング本体と、
前記接続対象物に固定するための固定部と、
前記ハウジング本体を貫通して前記シールド電線を前記一方側から前記他方側に挿通させる電線案内部と、
前記ハウジング本体から前記接続対象物の挿通孔内に延びて前記シールド部材の内側に位置する筒状の延出部と、を有し、
前記第一シール部材は、
前記シールド電線に沿う筒状に形成されるとともに前記外部絶縁被覆の外周面に密接する第一密接部と、
前記シールド部材の内周面に密接する第二密接部と、
前記第一密接部と前記第二密接部との間にて前記一方側に開口する環状の溝部と、を有し、
前記ハウジングの延出部が前記第一シール部材の前記溝部内に位置し、該延出部と前記第一密接部及び前記第二密接部とが互いに密接し、
前記シールド電線の所定位置における断面の径方向において、前記外部絶縁被覆の全周に前記第一シール部材の前記第一密接部の内周が密接し、前記第一密接部の外周が前記延出部の内周面に密接し、前記延出部の外周面に前記第二密接部の内周が密接し、前記第二密接部の外周が前記シールド部材の内周面に密接し、前記シールド部材の外周面に前記第二シール部材の内周が密接し、前記第二シール部材の外周が前記挿通孔の内面に密接していることを特徴とするシールドコネクタ構造。 - 前記シールド部材は、前記シールド電線のシールド部に接続される第一筒状部と、該第一筒状部よりも前記一方側に位置して径大に設けられる第二筒状部と、該第一筒状部と該第二筒状部とを連結する段付き部と、を有し、
前記第二筒状部の内周面に前記第一シール部材の第二密接部が密接し、かつ該第二筒状部の外周面に前記第二シール部材が密接するとともに、前記段付き部に前記第一シール部材の前端部が密接していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシールドコネクタ構造。 - 前記ハウジングにおける前記延出部の基端部には、該延出部よりも径大な大径部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシールドコネクタ構造。
