Abstract
Description
(1)導電性を有する導体及び該導体を覆う絶縁性の被覆を有する高圧電線と、該高圧電線から露出させた前記導体に接続される導電性の端子金具と、該端子金具及び前記導体の接続部分を収容する絶縁性のハウジングと、該ハウジングに前記接続部分を収容する際の収容経路に配置される規制部材と、前記被覆に設けられる絶縁性の余長部とを含み、該余長部は、前記接続部分における前記導体側の一部又は全部が前記ハウジングから抜け出る場合に前記規制部材に当接し、前記一部又は全部を覆うように該一部又は全部の外側に移動させられることを特徴とする。
Claims (6)
- 導電性を有する導体及び該導体を覆う絶縁性の被覆を有する高圧電線と、該高圧電線から露出させた前記導体に接続される導電性の端子金具と、該端子金具及び前記導体の接続部分を収容する絶縁性のハウジングと、該ハウジングに前記接続部分を収容する際の収容経路に配置される規制部材と、前記被覆に設けられる絶縁性の余長部とを含み、該余長部は、前記接続部分における前記導体側の一部又は全部が前記ハウジングから抜け出る場合に前記規制部材に当接し、前記一部又は全部を覆うように該一部又は全部の外側に移動させられる
ことを特徴とする活電部保護構造。 - 請求項1に記載の活電部保護構造において、
前記余長部の位置ズレを防止する位置ズレ防止部材を前記高圧電線に組み付ける、又は、位置ズレ防止構造部を前記ハウジングに形成する
ことを特徴とする活電部保護構造。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の活電部保護構造において、
前記余長部にスリットを形成する
ことを特徴とする活電部保護構造。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の活電部保護構造において、
前記規制部材を電線内方への押圧力を生じさせる弾性体にて形成する
ことを特徴とする活電部保護構造。 - 請求項4に記載の活電部保護構造において、
内側が前記被覆に密着し且つ外側が前記ハウジングに密着する防水用のゴム栓を前記規制部材として用いる
ことを特徴とする活電部保護構造。 - 高圧電線の端末に設けられるコネクタであって、
当該コネクタ及び前記端末に、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の活電部保護構造を採用する
ことを特徴とするコネクタ。
