Abstract
【解決手段】1又は複数の内部導体1の絶縁被覆2の外周を包囲して設けられた撚り線31からなる外部導体3と、外部導体の外周面を覆って設けられた保護被膜4とを備えてなる電線Cの外部導体に接続する外部導体端子5の接続構造において、外部導体端子は、外部導体と接続される円筒状の接続部51と、接続部の円筒軸方向の一端側に設けられた端子部52とを有しており、保護被膜を剥離して外部導体が露出された部位の絶縁被覆の外周又は前記部位に隣接する部位の保護被膜の外周に外部導体端子の接続部が被冠され、接続部の外周面に外部導体の撚り線が接して配置され、撚り線の外周にリング部材6が被冠され、接続部の外周面に外部導体の撚り線が圧着接続される。

Claims (3)
- 1又は複数の内部導体の絶縁被覆の外周を包囲して設けられた撚り線からなる外部導体と、前記外部導体の外周面を覆って設けられた保護被膜とを備えてなる電線の前記外部導体に接続する外部導体端子の接続構造において、
前記外部導体端子は、前記外部導体と接続される円筒状の接続部と、前記接続部の円筒軸方向の一端側に設けられた端子部とを有しており、
前記保護被膜を剥離して前記外部導体が露出された部位の前記絶縁被覆の外周又は前記部位に隣接する部位の前記保護被膜の外周に前記外部導体端子の接続部が被冠され、前記接続部の外周面に前記外部導体の撚り線が接して配置され、前記撚り線の外周にリング部材が被冠され、前記接続部の外周面に前記外部導体の撚り線が圧着接続されてなる外部導体端子の接続構造。 - 前記端子部は、前記接続部の円筒軸方向と交差する方向に対して平板状をなし、前記接続部の一端側周縁から拡径方向へ延設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外部導体端子の接続構造。
- 前記リング部材は、一端側の開口周縁から拡径方向へ突出する拡径鍔部、又は、前記拡径鍔部に加えて、他端側の開口周縁から縮径方向へ突出する縮径鍔部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外部導体端子の接続構造。
