Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の実施形態に係る液晶表示装置の場合、共通電極の真上または直下に共通電圧線を形成して、直接的に接触させることにより、共通電圧線の信号遅延を低減するとともに、液晶表示装置の開口率の低下を防ぐことができる。

Claims (13)
- 第1基板と、
前記第1基板の上に配設されている複数のゲート線及び複数のデータ線と、
前記複数のゲート線及び前記複数のデータ線にそれぞれ接続されている複数の薄膜トランジスタと、
前記複数の薄膜トランジスタの上に配設されており、第1絶縁膜を挟んで重畳する複数の画素電極及び共通電極と、
前記共通電極と直接的に接触されている共通電圧線と、
を備え、
前記データ線は、前記ゲート線が伸びている方向と鋭角をなすように曲がっている第1湾曲部を備え、
前記共通電圧線は、前記ゲート線が伸びている方向と鋭角をなすように曲がっている第2湾曲部を備え、
前記共通電圧線の前記第2湾曲部は、前記データ線の前記第1湾曲部と平行に伸びて重畳することを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記共通電圧線の幅は前記データ線の幅に等しいかそれよりも広いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記共通電圧線は、前記共通電極の真上または直下に配設されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記薄膜トランジスタの上に位置し、前記複数の画素電極及び前記共通電極の下に位置する複数のカラーフィルタをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記共通電圧線は、前記複数のカラーフィルタのうちの二つのカラーフィルタの重畳部分と重畳することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記データ線と重畳する遮光部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記共通電圧線は、前記共通電極の真上または直下に配設されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記共通電圧線は、前記共通電極の真上または直下に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記複数のカラーフィルタと前記共通電極との間に配設されている第2絶縁膜をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記共通電圧線は、前記複数のゲート線のうちの少なくとも一本と重なり合う第1部分と、前記複数のデータ線のうちの少なくとも一本と重なり合う第2部分と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記共通電圧線の前記第1部分は、前記複数のゲート線のうち隣り合う三本のゲート線ごとに一本ずつ配設されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記共通電圧線の前記第2部分は、前記複数のデータ線のうち隣り合う三本のデータ線ごとに一本ずつ配設されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記共通電圧線の前記第2部分は、前記複数のデータ線のうち隣り合う6本のデータ線ごとに一本ずつ配設されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の液晶表示装置。
