Description
Claims (15)
- 車両フレーム(2)に取付けられるアクスル・サスペンション(1)であって、長手方向が前記車両フレーム(2)に対して横方向に配置され、長手方向端部にホイール・キャリア(4)をそれぞれ備えるアクスル・ブラケット(3)を備えるアクスル・サスペンション(1)において、
自在軸受(6)を介して前記アクスル・ブラケット(3)と連結され、前記車両フレーム(2)に装着された自動調心軸受(7)内に収容される振り子式サポート(5)を備え、
前記自在軸受(6)が、前記車両フレーム(2)の長手方向軸に対して平行に延在する旋回軸を有することを特徴とするアクスル・サスペンション(1)。 - 前記車両フレーム(2)は、そのフレーム下側(9)に前記振り子式サポート(5)が貫通する開口(8)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアクスル・サスペンション(1)。
- 前記アクスル・ブラケット(3)に連結された前記自在軸受(6)及び前記車両フレーム(2)に装着された前記自動調心軸受(7)は、前記フレーム下側(9)の前記開口(8)のそれぞれ異なる側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2記載のアクスル・サスペンション(1)。
- 前記自動調心軸受(7)は、前記振り子式サポート(5)の長手方向に沿って前記振り子式サポート(5)を変位可能に収容するように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のアクスル・サスペンション(1)。
- 前記自在軸受(6)を介した前記アクスル・ブラケット(3)との前記振り子式サポート(5)の前記連結により、前記アクスル・ブラケット(3)は、前記車両フレーム(2)の長手方向に対して平行な旋回軸(61)のみを中心として前記振り子式サポート(5)に対して枢動可能となることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のアクスル・サスペンション(1)。
- 一方の端部で前記アクスル・ブラケット(3)に対して関節連結され、他方の端部で前記車両フレーム(2)と連結される下方ステアリング・ロッド(10)を更に備え、好ましくは、前記下方ステアリング・ロッド(10)は、前記車両フレーム(2)から離れる方向に向く側に対して関節連結されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のアクスル・サスペンション(1)。
- 前記下方ステアリング・ロッド(10)は、長手方向リンク又は対角線方向リンク(101)であることを特徴とする請求項6記載のアクスル・サスペンション(1)。
- 前記車両フレーム(2)に対する前記アクスル・ブラケット(3)の横方向オフセットを制限するために少なくとも1つの横方向リンク(11)を更に備え、好ましくは、前記横方向リンク(11)は、パナール・ロッドであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のアクスル・サスペンション(1)。
- 前記自動調心軸受(7)は、前記振り子式サポート(5)のためのボール・ガイド又はローラ・ガイドを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載のアクスル・サスペンション(1)。
- 前記振り子式サポート(5)は、前記自在軸受(6)により長手方向において前記アクスル・ブラケット(3)上の中心に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載のアクスル・サスペンション(1)。
- 前記自在軸受(6)の前記旋回軸は、前記アクスル・ブラケットの上方に、特に前記車両フレーム(2)と前記アクスル・ブラケット(3)との間の領域内に延在するか、又は前記アクスル・ブラケット(3)を貫通することを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載のアクスル・サスペンション(1)。
- 関連する自在軸受(6)及び自動調心軸受(7)を有する複数の振り子式サポート(5)が設けられ、前記複数の振り子式サポート(5)はそれぞれ、それらの自在軸受(6)を介して前記アクスル・ブラケット(3)上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載のアクスル・サスペンション(1)。
- 前記自動調心軸受(7)により変位されることとなる前記振り子式サポート(5)の部分を囲む、前記振り子式サポート用の少なくとも1つの保護デバイス(12)を更に備え、前記保護デバイスは、好ましくは少なくとも1つのベローズであることを特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載のアクスル・サスペンション(1)。
- 前記アクスル・ブラケット(3)は、駆動アクスル又は非駆動アクスルであることを特徴とする請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載のアクスル・サスペンション(1)。
- 前記請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載のアクスル・サスペンション(1)を有することを特徴とする移動式クレーン。
