X、Yは互いに独立に、カルボニル基(−CO−)又は単結合を表す。
Zはなし、単結合又はC1−C5のアルキレン基である。
AはO、S又はR5N−基である。その中で、R5は水素、C1−C20の直鎖もしくは分岐鎖のアルキル基、C3−C20のシクロアルキル基、C4−C20のシクロアルキルアルキル基又はC4−C20のアルキルシクロアルキル基を表す。
R1は水素、ハロゲン、ニトロ基、ヒドロキシル基、カルボキシル基、スルホン酸基、アミノ基、シアノ基、アルコキシ基、又はハロゲン、ニトロ基、ヒドロキシル基、カルボキシル基、スルホン酸基、アミノ基、シアノ基及びアルコキシ基からなる群より選択される一つ又は複数の基で置換されてもよいC1−C20の直鎖もしくは分岐鎖のアルキル基、C3−C20のシクロアルキル基、C4−C20のシクロアルキルアルキル基、又はC4−C20のアルキルシクロアルキル基を表す。
R2、R3は互いに独立に、水素、C1−C20の直鎖もしくは分岐鎖のアルキル基、C3−C20のシクロアルキル基、C4−C20のシクロアルキルアルキル基、C4−C20のアルキルシクロアルキル基、又はC7−C20のアリールアルキル基を表す。これらの基における水素は、ハロゲン、ニトロ基、ヒドロキシル基、カルボキシル基、スルホン酸基、アミノ基、シアノ基及びアルコキシ基からなる群より選択される基で置換されていてもよい。
R4はC1−C20の直鎖もしくは分岐鎖のアルキル基、C3−C20のシクロアルキル基、C4−C20のシクロアルキルアルキル基、C4−C20のアルキルシクロアルキル基、C3−C20のヘテロアリール基、又はC6−C20のアリール基を表す。これらの基における水素は、ハロゲン、フェニル基、ニトロ基、ヒドロキシル基、カルボキシル基、スルホン酸基、アミノ基、シアノ基及びアルコキシ基からなる群より選択される基で置換されていてもよい。 - Zはなし、単結合、メチレン基、エチレン基又はプロピレン基であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のニトロ基含有ビスオキシムエステル系光重合開始剤。
- AはO、S又はR5N−基であり、その中で、R5は水素、C1−C10直鎖もしくは分岐鎖のアルキル基、C3−C15のシクロアルキル基又はC4−C15のシクロアルキルアルキル基であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のニトロ基含有ビスオキシムエステル系光重合開始剤。
- R1は水素、ハロゲン、ニトロ基、又はC1−C15の直鎖もしくは分岐鎖のアルキル基を表すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のニトロ基含有ビスオキシムエステル系光重合開始剤。
- R2、R3は互いに独立に、水素、C1−C15の直鎖もしくは分岐鎖のアルキル基、C3−C15のシクロアルキル基、C4−C15のシクロアルキルアルキル基、C4−C15のアルキルシクロアルキル基、又はC7−C15のアリールアルキルを表し、これらの基における水素は、ハロゲン、ニトロ基及びアルコキシ基からなる群より選択される基で置換されていてもよいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のニトロ基含有ビスオキシムエステル系光重合開始剤。
- R4はC1−C10の直鎖もしくは分岐鎖のアルキル基、C3−C10のシクロアルキル基、C4−C10のシクロアルキルアルキル基、C4−C10のアルキルシクロアルキル基、C3−C10のヘテロアリール基又はC6−C10のアリール基を表すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のニトロ基含有ビスオキシムエステル系光重合開始剤。
- 前記ニトロ基含有ビスオキシムエステル系光重合開始剤は下記の構造から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のニトロ基含有ビスオキシムエステル系光重合開始剤。
- ニトロ基ビスオキシム基構造を含む化合物を、対応する酸無水物又はアシルハライド化合物とエステル化反応を行い、目的生成物を得るステップを含み、具体的な反応式は以下の通りである請求項1に記載のニトロ基含有ビスオキシムエステル系光重合開始剤の合成製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載のニトロ基含有ビスオキシムエステル系光重合開始剤の光硬化組成物への応用。
