Claims (23)
- a)ヒトTGFΒRII、又はTGFβ結合能を有するその断片と;
b)ヒトタンパク質プログラム死リガンド1(PD−L1)に結合する抗体、又はその抗原結合断片と
を含むタンパク質。 - a)少なくとも、ヒトタンパク質プログラム死リガンド1(PD−L1)に結合する抗体の重鎖の可変ドメインと;
b)ヒトTGFβRII、又はTGFβ結合能を有するその断片と
を含むポリペプチド。 - 前記重鎖のC末端を前記ヒトTGFβRII又はその断片のN末端に連結するアミノ酸リンカーをさらに含む、請求項2に記載のポリペプチド。
- 前記ヒトTGFβRIIが、配列番号10に対して少なくとも80%の配列同一性を有するアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項2又は3に記載のポリペプチド。
- 前記重鎖が、SYIMM、SIYPSGGITFYADTVKG、及びIKLGTVTTVDYのアミノ酸配列をそれぞれ有するHVR−H1、HVR−H2、及びHVR−H3を含む、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載のポリペプチド。
- 前記重鎖が配列番号2のアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載のポリペプチド。
- 配列番号3のアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載のポリペプチド。
- 請求項2〜7のいずれか一項に記載のポリペプチドをコードするヌクレオチド配列を含む核酸。
- 前記ポリペプチドと組み合わされると、PD−L1に結合する抗原結合部位を形成する抗体の軽鎖の可変ドメインを少なくともコードする第2のヌクレオチド配列をさらに含み、任意選択で、
前記第2のヌクレオチド配列が、配列番号1(分泌抗PD−L1λ軽鎖)に対して少なくとも85%の配列同一性を有するアミノ酸配列をコードする、請求項8に記載の核酸。 - 請求項8又は9に記載の核酸を含む細胞。
- a)TGFβRII、又はTGFβ結合能を有するその断片と、b)ヒトタンパク質プログラム死リガンド1(PD−L1)に結合する抗体、又はその抗原結合断片とを含むタンパク質を作製する方法であって、前記タンパク質の発現を許容する条件下で、請求項10に記載の細胞を維持するステップと、任意選択で、
さらに前記タンパク質を回収するステップと、を含む方法。 - 請求項2〜7のいずれか一項に記載のポリペプチドと;
少なくとも、前記ポリペプチドと組み合わされると、PD−L1に結合する抗原結合部位を形成する抗体の軽鎖の可変ドメインと
を含むタンパク質。 - 前記軽鎖が、TGTSSDVGGYNYVS、DVSNRPS、及びSSYTSSSTRVのアミノ酸配列をそれぞれ有するHVR−L1、HVR−L2、及びHVR−L3を含む、請求項12に記載のタンパク質。
- 前記軽鎖が、配列番号1に対して少なくとも85%の配列同一性を有するアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項12又は13に記載のタンパク質。
- 前記軽鎖が配列番号1のアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項14に記載のタンパク質。
- 前記重鎖が、配列番号44に対して少なくとも85%の配列同一性を有するアミノ酸配列を含み、
前記軽鎖が、配列番号45に対して少なくとも85%の配列同一性を有するアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項12〜15のいずれか1項に記載のタンパク質。 - 前記ポリペプチドが請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載のポリペプチドであり、

配列番号1に記載のアミノ酸配列を含むポリペプチドと、
を含む、請求項1、12〜16のいずれか1項に記載のタンパク質。 - 2つのポリペプチドであって、各々が配列番号3のアミノ酸配列からなるアミノ酸配列を有する、2つのポリペプチドと、2つの追加的なポリペプチドであって、各々が配列番号1のアミノ酸配列からなるアミノ酸配列を有する、2つの追加的なポリペプチドとを含む、請求項1、12〜16のいずれか1項に記載のタンパク質。
- 請求項1、12〜20のいずれか1項に記載のタンパク質を含む医薬組成物であって、
(i)腫瘍を前記タンパク質に曝露するステップを含む、患者の腫瘍成長を阻害する方法において使用するためか、あるいは、
(ii)前記タンパク質を癌患者に投与するステップを含む、癌患者の癌を治療する方法において使用するための、医薬組成物。 - 前記方法が前記癌患者を放射線に曝露するステップ、及び/又は
化学療法薬を投与するステップ、をさらに含む、請求項21に記載の医薬組成物。 - 前記腫瘍又は癌が、結腸直腸、乳房、卵巣、膵臓、胃、前立腺、腎臓、子宮頸部の癌又は腫瘍、骨髄腫、リンパ腫、白血病、甲状腺、子宮内膜、子宮、膀胱、神経内分泌、頭頸部、肝臓、上咽頭、精巣の癌又は腫瘍、小細胞肺癌、非小細胞肺癌、黒色腫、基底細胞皮膚癌、扁平上皮細胞皮膚癌、隆起性皮膚線維肉腫、メルケル細胞癌、膠芽腫、神経膠腫、肉腫、中皮腫、及び骨髄異形成症候群からなる群から選択される、請求項21又は22に記載の医薬組成物。
