Abstract
Description
(a)木材要素の板状領域が平面状表面であって、平面状表面の間に形成されるエッジが平面状表面であり、
(b)木材要素の板状領域が湾曲形態の表面であって、湾曲表面の間に形成されるエッジが湾曲形態の表面、好ましくは凸状形態の表面であり、
(c)木材要素の板状領域が湾曲形態の表面であって、湾曲表面の間に形成されるエッジが直線状であり、
(d)木材要素の板状領域が湾曲形態の表面であって、湾曲表面の間に形成されるエッジが平面状形態の表面である。
(a)木材要素の板状領域が平面状表面であって、平面状表面の間に形成されるエッジが平面状表面である配置、
(b)木材要素の板状領域が湾曲形態の表面であって、湾曲表面の間に形成されるエッジが湾曲形態の表面である配置、
(c)木材要素の板状領域が湾曲形態の表面であって、湾曲表面の間に形成されるエッジが直線状である配置、
(d)木材要素の板状領域が湾曲形態の表面であって、湾曲表面の間に形成されるエッジが平面状形態の表面である配置、
のうち一つ以上を有して、
(α)コア層において木材で構成される要素がランダム分布を有するか、
(β)コア層において木材で構成される要素がランダム方式で互いに隣接するとともに互いに上下に配置されるか、
(γ)コア層において木材で構成される要素がランダムに配置されて、エッジが異なる角度で互いと交差する。
(a’)縦断面で見た時に波状体が台形の形の反復ユニットを有するような木材要素(a)、または、
(b’)縦断面で見た時に波状体が正弦関数の形態の反復ユニットを有するような木材要素(b)、
から形成される。
(H1)繊維を有するとともに繊維の上または間にリグニンを有する平面状表面または非平面状表面の木材要素を用意し、好ましくは木材要素が未接着の木材要素であるステップと、
(H2)リグニンの少なくとも一部を軟化または溶解するのに充分な温度まで、ステップ(H1)による木材要素を加熱するステップと、
(H3)ジグザグ形の木材要素が形成されるようにして、ステップ(H2)で加熱された木材要素を変形するステップと、
(H4)ステップ(H3)で変形された木材要素、または形成されたジグザグ形木材要素を、リグニンの軟化または溶解温度を下回る温度まで冷却するステップと、
を有する方法に従って製造される。
(H1)繊維を有するとともに繊維の上または間にリグニンを有する平面状表面または非平面状表面の木材要素を用意するステップと、
(H2)リグニンの少なくとも一部を軟化または溶解するのに充分な温度までステップ(H1)による木材要素を加熱するステップであって、温度が好ましくは少なくとも80℃に達し、特に好ましくは温度が80から400℃の範囲にあるステップと、
(H3)ジグザグ形の木材要素が形成されるようにして、ステップ(H2)で加熱された木材要素を変形させるステップと、
(H4)ステップ(H3)で変形された木材要素を冷却するステップと、
を有する方法により木材要素が製造され、
波状体の高さとジグザグ形木材要素の厚さとの比が2:1以上であるように、ステップ(H3)の変形が実施され、
「厚さ」の表現が、ジグザグ形木材要素の上側と対応の底側との間の最小間隔を意味し、「波状体高さ」の表現が、ジグザグ形木材要素が間に配置されうる二つの想像上の相互平行面の間に波状体が位置するようなこれらの面の間の最短間隔を意味し、
好ましくは、ステップ(H1)による木材要素、ゆえに形成されたジグザグ形木材要素も未接着木材または未接着木材繊維で構成される。
(a)木材要素の板状領域が平面状表面であって、平面状表面の間に形成されるエッジが平面状表面である配置、
(b)木材要素の板状領域が湾曲形態の表面であって、湾曲表面の間に形成されるエッジが湾曲形態の表面である配置、
(c)木材要素の板状領域が湾曲形態の表面であって、湾曲表面の間に形成されるエッジが直線状である配置、
(d)木材要素の板状領域が湾曲形態の表面であって、湾曲表面の間に形成されるエッジが平面状形態の表面である配置、
を有する。
(H3.1)ステップ(H2)で加熱されたステップ(H1)からの木材要素を少なくとも一つの輪郭ロール対の間に通すステップであって、ロール対のロールが反対方向に回転するステップ。
(H3.2)ステップ(H3)で得られた変形済み木材要素を乾燥させるステップ。
(H3.3)波状体底点および/または波状体頂点でくぼみが少なくとも部分的に具現されるように、波状木材要素の波状体の波状体底点または波状体頂点を変形させるステップ。
(H5)ステップ(H4)で得られた木材要素を破砕するステップ。
(H6)ステップ(H4)またはステップ(H5)で得られた木材要素をふるいにかけるステップ。
(i)木材で構成される板状要素を用意するステップであって、この要素がジグザグ形方式で配置された領域を有し、ある要素のジグ領域がこの要素の隣接ザグ領域とともに共通エッジを間に画定するステップ。
(ii)二つの要素の二つのエッジが非ゼロ角度で互いに交差するようにステップ(i)による要素を配置するステップ。
(iii)ステップ(ii)によるエッジを固定接続するステップ。
(i)木材で構成される板状要素であって、ジグザグ形方式で配置される領域を有する要素を用意するステップであって、ある要素のジグ領域がこの要素の隣接ザグ領域とともに共通エッジを間に形成するステップ、
(ii)二つの要素の二つのエッジが非ゼロ角度で互いに交差するようにステップ(i)による要素を配置するステップ、
(iii)ステップ(ii)による要素のエッジを固定接続するステップ、
を有し、ステップ(ii)では、表面層の上で配置が実施され、ステップ(iii)では、好ましくは粘着剤により要素が表面層にも固定接続される。
(i)圧縮により第三態様での多層複合材を変形させるステップ、
を有する方法に従って製造可能な、本発明の第三態様とそこに記載される実施形態での多層複合材である。
(i)発明の第一態様とそこに記載される実施形態でのコア層を圧縮により変形させるか、発明の第二態様とそこに記載される実施形態での方法により製造されるコア層を圧縮により変形させるステップ、
を少なくとも有する方法に従って製造可能な二つの要素が、交差点で互いに固定接続される。

Claims (19)
- コア層であって、木材で構成されるジグザグ形態の要素を有するコア層であり、前記要素がジグザグ形方式で配置される板状領域を有し、ジグザグ形態のある要素のジグ領域が前記要素の近隣ザグ領域ととともに共通エッジを間に形成し、互いに同じか異なるエッジである二つのジグザグ形態要素の二つのエッジが非ゼロ角度で互いに交差するように、ジグザグ形態要素が前記コア層に配置され、前記二つの要素が前記交差点で互いに固定接続され、前記コア層の前記木材要素が以下の配置、すなわち、
(a)前記木材要素の前記板状領域が平面状表面であって、前記平面状表面の間に形成される前記エッジが平面状表面である配置、
(b)前記木材要素の前記板状領域が湾曲形態の表面であって、前記湾曲表面の間に形成される前記エッジが湾曲形態の表面である配置、
(c)前記木材要素の前記板状領域が湾曲形態の表面であって、前記湾曲表面の間に形成される前記エッジが直線状である配置、
(d)前記木材要素の前記板状領域が湾曲形態の表面であって、前記湾曲表面の間に形成される前記エッジが平面状形態の表面である配置、
のうち一つ以上を有し、また、
(α)前記コア層において木材で構成される前記要素がランダム分布で設けられ、
(β)前記コア層において木材で構成される前記要素がランダム方式で互いに隣接するとともに互いに上下に配置され、
(γ)前記コア層において木材で構成される前記要素がランダムに配置され、前記エッジが異なる角度で互いに交差する、
コア層。 - ジグザグ形態の木材要素が波状体の形態を有するような手法で、前記木材要素がジグおよびザグ領域の反復ユニットを有し、好ましくは、前記領域の間に形成される前記共通エッジが互いに平行に延在する、請求項1に記載のコア層。
- 前記波状体が少なくとも一つの陽性半波と一つの陰性半波とを有する、請求項2に記載のコア層。
- 前記波状体が少なくとも二つの陽性半波を有するが陰性半波は有していない、請求項2に記載のコア層。
- 前記波状体が、
(a’)縦方向断面で見ると前記波状体が台形の形の反復ユニットを有するような木材要素(a)、または
(b’)縦方向断面で見ると前記波状体が正弦関数の形態の反復ユニットを有するような木材要素(b)、
により形成される、請求項2および3のいずれかに記載のコア層。 - ジグザグ形態の木材要素が優先方向を持つ繊維を有し、前記単数または複数の共通エッジが前記優先方向に関して非平行に延在し、
前記単数または複数の共通エッジが前記優先方向に垂直に延在する、
先行請求項の一つに記載のコア層。 - 前記ジグザグ形態の木材要素の前記繊維の長さが、ジグまたはザグ領域あるいは前記ジグザグ形木材要素の厚さの少なくとも2倍である、請求項6に記載のコア層。
- ジグまたはザグ領域の厚さが0.2mmから2mmの範囲にある、および/またはジグザグ形態の要素の高さHが0.8mmから8mmの範囲にある、および/またはエッジの長さLが0.5cmから10cmの範囲にある、あるいは、ジグザグ領域の高さ(H)が前記コア層の厚さの最高で1/10に当たる、先行請求項の一つに記載のコア層。
- 前記ジグザグ形態要素と前記平面状要素とが一つ以上の空洞を間に形成するような手法で、ジグザグ形態の各木材要素が平面状要素に粘着結合される、先行請求項の一つに記載のコア層。
- 前記コア層がジグザグ形態の少なくとも一つの木材要素を有し、前記ジグザグ形態要素と平面状要素とが一つ以上の空洞を間に形成するように前記木材要素が平面状要素に粘着結合される、請求項1から9の一つに記載のコア層。
- 前記コア層がジグザグ形態の少なくとも一つの木材要素を有し、前記ジグザグ形態要素と平面状要素とが多数の空洞を間に形成するような手法で前記木材要素が二つの前記平面状要素に粘着結合され、ジグザグ形態の前記木材要素がサンドイッチ状方式で前記平面状要素に囲繞される、請求項1から9の一つに記載のコア層。
- 前記ジグザグ形態要素と前記平面状要素(200)とが多数の空洞を間に形成するような手法で、平面状要素に粘着結合されるジグザグ形態の二つの木材要素を有する少なくとも一つの要素を前記コア層が有し、前記平面状要素がサンドイッチ状方式でジグザグ形態の二つの木材要素により囲繞される、請求項1から9の一つに記載のコア層。
- ジグザグ形の前記木材要素が専ら木材で構成される、先行請求項の一つに記載のコア層。
- ジグザグ形の前記木材要素の表面が少なくとも部分的にリグニンでコーティングされる、先行請求項の一つに記載のコア層。
- 以下のステップ、すなわち、
(i)木材で構成されるジグザグ形態の要素を用意することであって、ジグザグ形方式で配置されている板状領域を前記要素が有し、ある要素のジグ領域が前記要素の近隣ザグ領域とともに共通エッジを間に形成するステップと、
(ii)二つの要素の二つのエッジが非ゼロ角度で互いに交差するようにステップ(i)による前記要素を配置するステップと、
(iii)好ましくは粘着剤によってステップ(ii)による前記エッジを固定接続するステップと、
を少なくとも有する、先行請求項の一つに記載のコア層を製造する方法。 - 表面層とコア層とを少なくとも有する多層複合材であって、前記コア層を少なくとも部分的に被覆して前記コア層に固定接続されるように前記表面層が配置され、前記コア層が、請求項1から14の一つに規定されたコア層、または請求項15に記載のように製造されるコア層である、多層複合材。
- 表面層とコア層とを少なくとも有する多層複合材であって、少なくとも以下のステップ、すなわち、
(i)請求項16に記載の多層複合材を圧縮により変形するステップ、
を有する方法により製造可能な、前記コア層を少なくとも部分的に被覆して前記コア層に固定接続されるように前記表面層が配置される、
多層複合材。 - 化粧板、木質ボード、チップボード、ファイバボード、ベニヤ板、プラスチックボード、石膏ボード、金属シート、ファイバセメントボード、および以上のうち二つ以上から選択される材料を前記表面層が有する、請求項16に記載の多層複合材または請求項17に記載の多層複合材。
- 家具製造のため、棚製作のため、輸送用包装のため、室内備品のため、ドアや門での、車両および船舶の製作での、請求項1から14の一つに記載のコア層の使用、または請求項15に記載のように製造されるコア層の使用、または請求項16から18の一つに記載の多層複合材の使用。
