- 金属粒子と誘電体粒子とを含む外部電極を用いた積層セラミックコンデンサであって、
前記外部電極における前記金属粒子と前記誘電体粒子との界面に、前記金属粒子と同一金属元素の金属酸化物が存在している、
積層セラミックコンデンサ。 - 前記金属酸化物は、前記金属粒子と前記誘電体粒子との界面に断続的に存在している、
請求項1に記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。 - 前記金属粒子の金属元素は、卑金属元素である、
請求項1又は2に記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。
