Description
Claims (10)
- 車幅方向の間隔を空けて、かつ車両の前後方向に延ばして配置された一対の骨格部材と、前記一対の骨格部材の間に配置された電池パックとを備えた車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記一対の骨格部材に掛け渡して設けられたフロアパネルと、
前記フロアパネルの下面に下側に突出した突条部として設けられた第1リインフォースとを更に備え、
前記電池パックは、前記フロアパネルの下側に配置されるとともに、前記電池パックには前記突条部を入り込まれるように窪んで形成された凹条部を有することを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項1記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記電池パックは、単セルを一方向に積層して一体化した積層体が前記凹条部を挟む両側に配置されていることを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記第1リインフォースは、前記一対の骨格部材の間に前記車幅方向に延ばして設けられたフロアクロス、または前記一対の骨格部材の間に前記車両の前後方向に延ばして設けられたフロアメンバの少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項3に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記フロアクロスまたは前記フロアメンバは、前記車両の前後方向または前記車幅方向に間隔を空けて複数配置されており、
前記電池パックは、複数の前記フロアクロスのうちの少なくとも一つ、または複数の前記フロアメンバのうちの少なくとも一つを跨ぐように配置されていることを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記第1リインフォースは、前記フロアパネルに一体的に形成されていることを特徴する車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記電池パックの外装体の内部に、前記凹条部に沿って延ばして設けられた第2リインフォースと、
前記第2リインフォース、前記凹条部および前記第1リインフォースの一部を固定する固定具とを備えることを特徴する車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項6に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記第2リインフォースは、前記外装体に一体的に形成されていることを特徴する車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項2および請求項2に従属する請求項3ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記単セルは、固体電解質を有しており、
前記電池パックは、前記単セルの積層方向を前記車幅方向に合わせた姿勢で前記一対の骨格部材に固定されていることを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項8に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記電池パックは、前記単セルの積層方向の両端に配置されて前記一体化された単セルを挟持する一対のエンドプレートと、前記一対のエンドプレートを連結するとともに前記一対のエンドプレートによって挟持された前記積層体を前記積層方向に拘束する拘束部材とを含むバッテリモジュールを有することを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項8または9に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記電池パックを前記一対の骨格部材の間に配置した状態で前記電池パックの外装体のうちの前記車幅方向の端面と前記骨格部材の前記車幅方向での内側面とが互いに平行に対向していることを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。
