Abstract
Description
本出願は、2013年9月27日に出願された米国特許出願公開第61/883,618号の優先権を主張するものであり、この出願は、参照によりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
本実施例のために使用される官能性ポリオレフィン組成物は、水酸化カリウムで中和されたエチレン(メタ)アクリル酸の混合物(80重量パーセントのエチレン及び20重量パーセントの(メタ)アクリル酸)である。中和度は、92パーセントである。本組成物は、当該技術分野で既知の手順を用いて調製され得る。例えば、米国特許公開第2011/0319521号、PCT公開出願第WO2011/034883号、及びPCT公開出願第WO2012/082624号を参照のこと。本組成物は、pH10及び500のBrookfield粘度(Brookfield RVT、#2スピンドル、20RPM、25℃)を有し、以下、EAA−Kと称される。
Claims (15)
- エチレン(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーであって、前記(メタ)アクリル酸成分中のカルボン酸基の少なくとも一部が中和される、エチレン(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーと、
防汚剤と、を含む、組成物。 - 水をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の前記組成物。
- 前記エチレン(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーが、分散液中に存在する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の前記組成物。
- 前記コポリマー中の前記エチレン対(メタ)アクリル酸の比が、約50:50〜90:10である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の前記組成物。
- 前記中和度が、約70パーセント〜約100パーセントである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の前記組成物。
- 約60パーセント〜約80パーセントの水を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の前記組成物。
- 前記防汚剤が酸化銅である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の前記組成物。
- 前記防汚剤が疎水性コーティング剤である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の前記組成物。
- 前記防汚剤が親水性コーティング剤である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の前記組成物。
- エチレン(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーと、防汚剤と、を含む、膜組成物であって、
前記(メタ)アクリル酸成分中のカルボン酸基の少なくとも一部が中和され、
前記エチレン成分対前記(メタ)アクリル酸成分の比が、約50:50〜90:10である、前記膜組成物。 - 少なくとも1つの添加剤をさらに含み、前記添加剤が、可塑剤、架橋剤、崩壊剤、及び/または界面活性剤である、請求項10に記載の前記膜組成物。
- 前記中和度が、約70パーセント〜約100パーセントである、請求項10または請求項11に記載の前記膜組成物。
- 前記防汚剤が、殺生物剤、疎水性コーティング剤、及び親水性コーティング剤からなる群から選択される、請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載の前記膜組成物。
- 物品と、
エチレン(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーを含むコーティング組成物であって、前記(メタ)アクリル酸成分中のカルボン酸基の少なくとも一部が中和される、コーティング組成物と、防汚剤と、を含み、
前記コーティング組成物が、高イオン強度媒体中で崩壊せず、
前記コーティング組成物が、低イオン強度媒体中で崩壊する、コーティングされた物品。 - 前記高イオン強度媒体が海水であり、前記低イオン強度媒体が淡水である、請求項14に記載の前記コーティングされた物品。
