Claims (21)
- 核酸の分析用の核酸含有試料を処理する方法であって、
a)前記試料を粘土鉱物と接触させるステップと、
b)前記粘土鉱物が前記試料中に均一に分散されるまで、前記試料および前記粘土鉱物を混合するステップと、
c)前記粘土鉱物を前記試料から実質的に除去するステップと、
d)前記試料を、細胞およびウイルス粒子の溶解に適したpHでアルカリ性溶液と接触させて、核酸溶液を形成するステップと、
e)任意選択で、前記核酸溶液を、前記核酸溶液のpHを中和するのに適した酸性溶液と接触させるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記粘土鉱物が、カオリナイト、スメクタイトまたはイライト粘土鉱物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粘土鉱物が、タルクを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粘土鉱物が、ハロイサイトを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粘土鉱物が、ベントナイトを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粘土鉱物が、合成粘土鉱物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記合成粘土鉱物が、ラポナイトを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ性溶液が、KOH、NaOHもしくはLiOH、またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ性溶液が、KOHを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記溶解に適したpHが、約0.1M塩基のアルカリ性溶液から得られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 任意選択の前記酸性溶液が、HCl、C2H4O2またはH2SO4を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記試料が、1つまたは複数の感染性因子を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つまたは複数の感染性因子が、ウイルス性因子である、請求項12に記載の方法。
