Claims (20)
- 車両用ドライブトレインであって、少なくとも1つの電気駆動ユニット(EM)を備え、該電気駆動ユニット(EM)は入力軸を介して、少なくとも1つの第1変速比段(i1)および第2変速比段(i2)と連結可能であり、該変速比段(i1、i2)を切り替える、少なくとも1つのシフトユニットを備えるドライブトレインにおいて、前記シフトユニットは、パワーシフトを実行するために、少なくとも1つの形状接合型シフト要素(5)および少なくとも1つの摩擦接合型シフト要素(6、6A)を備え、各前記変速比段(i1、i2)は前記形状接合型シフト要素(5)により切り替え可能であり、前記変速比段のうちの少なくとも1つの変速比段(i2)は、前記形状接合型シフト要素(5)および前記摩擦接合型シフト要素(6)の両方により切り替え可能であることを特徴とするドライブトレイン。
- 前記変速比段(i1、i2)は平歯車段として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 第1平歯車段の遊び歯車(7)および第2平歯車段の遊び歯車(8)は、前記形状接合型シフト要素(5)を介して前記入力軸(2)と結合可能であり、前記第2平歯車段の遊び歯車(8)は、前記摩擦接合型シフト要素(6)を介して前記入力軸(2)と結合可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記第1平歯車段の固定歯車(9)および前記第2平歯車段の固定歯車(10)は、中間軸(2)を介して出力部差動ユニット(4)と結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 第1平歯車段の固定歯車(9)および第2平歯車段の固定歯車(10)は前記入力軸(2)と結合され、前記第1平歯車段の遊び歯車(7)および前記第2平歯車段の遊び歯車(8)は、前記形状接合型シフト要素(5)を介して中間軸(2)と結合可能であり、前記第2平歯車段の遊び歯車(8)は、前記摩擦接合型シフト要素(6)を介して前記中間軸(3)と結合可能であり、前記中間軸(3)は出力部差動ユニット(4)と結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記変速比段(i1、i2)が、遊星歯車機構により実現されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 請求項6に記載のドライブトレインであって、前記遊星歯車機構(11)の太陽歯車(12)が前記入力軸(2)と結合され、前記遊星歯車機構(11)の遊星歯車キャリア(13)が出力段(14)と結合されているドライブトレインにおいて、前記遊星歯車キャリア(13)は、前記摩擦接合型シフト要素(5)を介して前記入力軸(2)と結合可能であり、前記遊星歯車機構(11)の内歯車(15)は、前記形状接合型シフト要素(5)を介して前記入力軸(2)またはハウジング(16)と結合可能であることを特徴とするドライブトレイン。
- 前記形状接合型シフト要素(5)および前記摩擦接合型シフト要素(6)を介して、前記遊星歯車機構(11)において1つのブロックとしての回転に切り替え可能であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記電気駆動ユニットと前記入力軸(2)の間に、前置変速比段(1)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記電気駆動ユニットは、電気機械(EM)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 摩擦接合型シフト要素(6)として、解放状態に保たれている多板クラッチを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 形状接合型シフト要素(5)として、噛み合いクラッチを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載のドライブトレインにおける摩擦結合型シフト要素(6、6A)と形状接合型シフト要素(5)の間の、パワー変更の実行方法であって、締結された前記摩擦接合型シフト要素(6、6A)から解放された前記形状接合型シフト要素(5)へのパワー変更の際に、噛み合いの動きを経路センサにより監視することを特徴とする方法。
- 検出された噛み合いの動きから、完全な噛み合いと認識した場合に、前記摩擦接合型シフト要素(6、6A)を解放することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 検出された噛み合いの動きから、前記形状接合型シフト要素(5)が歯対歯位置にあると認識した場合、前記摩擦接合型シフト要素(6、6A)を、回転数差を発生させるべく、徐々に解放することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 回転数差を発生させた後、前記形状接合型シフト要素(5)を新たに締結し、噛み合いの動きが完全に実行されたら、続いて前記摩擦接合型シフト要素(6、6A)を解放することを特徴する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 歯対歯位置を解消するための緊急措置として、パワーの変換を、完全にかみ合わせるために実行することを特徴とする、請求項15または16に記載の方法。
- 請求項13に記載の方法であって、検出された噛み合いの動きから、前記形状接合型シフト要素(5)が部分的に噛み合っていると認識した場合に、前記形状接合型シフト要素(5)を再び解放し、続いて前記摩擦接合型シフト要素(6、6A)を、スリップ状態を発生させるべく部分的に解放し、その後再び締結し、これにより、歯対歯位置を解消するために前記形状接合型シフト要素(5)を再配向することを特徴とする方法。
- 特に請求項1〜18の何れか一項に記載のドライブトレインにおける摩擦結合型シフト要素(6、6A)と形状接合型シフト要素(5)の間の、パワー変更の実行方法であって、パワー変更を、車両データおよび/または地形状況データの評価に基づいて実行することを特徴とする方法。
- 特に請求項1〜19の何れか一項に記載のドライブトレインにおける摩擦結合型シフト要素(6、6A)と形状接合型シフト要素(5)の間の、パワー変更の実行方法であって、前記摩擦接合型シフト要素(6、6A)をギヤ変更後、パワーが返還されるまで、または引張荷重からせん断荷重へパワーを変更するまで締結状態に保ち、その後、前記摩擦接合型シフト要素(6、6A)と前記形状接合型シフト要素(5)の間で、負荷無くパワーを変更することを特徴とする方法。
