Claims (17)
- 液圧アクチュエータであって、
流体チャンバを規定している圧力管と;
前記圧力管内に摺動可能に配置されたピストンと;
前記液圧アクチュエータのための制動力を生成している、前記流体チャンバの外側に配置された制御システムと;を備えており、
前記ピストンは、前記流体チャンバを上部作動チャンバ及び下部作動チャンバに区分しており、
前記制御システムは前記上部作動チャンバ及び前記下部作動チャンバと直接的に流体連通している、液圧アクチュエータ。 - 前記制御システムは、
前記上部作動チャンバ及び前記下部作動チャンバと流体連通している第1の複数のチェックバルブと;
前記上部作動チャンバ及び前記下部作動チャンバと流体連通している複数の可変バルブと;
前記複数の可変バルブと流体連通しているモーター/ポンプと;を備えている、請求項1に記載の液圧アクチュエータ。 - 前記モーター/ポンプと流体連通しているアキュムレイタをさらに備えている、請求項2に記載の液圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記モーター/ポンプ、前記上部作動チャンバ及び前記下部作動チャンバと、流体連通している流量コントローラをさらに備えている、請求項3に記載の液圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記モーター/ポンプ、前記上部作動チャンバ及び前記下部作動チャンバと、流体連通している流量コントローラをさらに備えている、請求項2に記載の液圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記第1の複数のチェックバルブは、前記上部作動チャンバと前記下部作動チャンバとの間に配置され、前記第1の複数のチェックバルブのうちの1番目のものは、前記上部作動チャンバから前記下部作動チャンバへの流体の流れを妨げ、前記第1の複数のチェックバルブのうちの2番目のものは、前記下部作動チャンバから前記上部作動チャンバへの流体の流れを妨げている、請求項2に記載の液圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記複数の可変バルブのうちの1番目のものは、前記上部作動チャンバと直接的に流体連通しており、前記複数の可変バルブのうちの2番目のものは、前記下部作動チャンバと直接的に流体連通している、請求項6に記載の液圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記モーター/ポンプと流体連通しているアキュムレイタをさらに備えている、請求項7に記載の液圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記モーター/ポンプ、前記上部作動チャンバ及び前記下部作動チャンバと、流体連通している流量コントローラをさらに備えている、請求項8に記載の液圧アクチュエータ。
- エネルギー回復装置をさらに備えている、請求項9に記載の液圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記エネルギー回復装置は、
前記上部作動チャンバ及び前記下部作動チャンバと、流体連通している第2の複数のチェックバルブと;
前記第1の複数のチェックバルブ及び前記第2の複数のチェックバルブと、直接的に流体連通しているタービン/発電機と、を備えている、請求項10に記載の液圧アクチュエータ。 - 前記タービン/発電機は、前記アキュムレイタ及び前記モーター/ポンプと流体連通している、請求項11に記載の液圧アクチュエータ。
- エネルギー回復装置をさらに備えている、請求項2に記載の液圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記エネルギー回復装置は、
前記上部作動チャンバ及び前記下部作動チャンバと流体連通している第2の複数のチェックバルブと;
前記第1の複数のチェックバルブ及び前記第2の複数のチェックバルブと直接的に流体連通しているタービン/発電機と、を備えている、請求項13に記載の液圧アクチュエータ。 - エネルギー回復装置をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の液圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記エネルギー回復装置は、
前記上部作動チャンバ及び前記下部作動チャンバと流体連通している複数のチェックバルブと;
前記複数のチェックバルブ及び前記制御システムと直接的に流体連通しているタービン/発電機と、を備えている、請求項15に記載の液圧アクチュエータ。 - 前記複数のチェックバルブは、前記上部作動チャンバと前記下部作動チャンバとの間に配置され、前記複数のチェックバルブのうちの1番目のものは、前記上部作動チャンバから前記下部作動チャンバへの流体の流れを妨げ、前記複数のチェックバルブのうちの2番目のものは、前記下部作動チャンバから前記上部作動チャンバへの流体の流れを妨げている、請求項16に記載の液圧アクチュエータ。
