resumo patente de invenção: "suspensão passiva e ativa com otimização de uso de energia". um atuador hidráulico inclui um amortecedor e um sistema de controle que é separado do amortecedor e que gera cargas de amortecimento para o atuador hidráulico. o sistema de controle gera a carga de amortecimento ao usar um par de válvulas variáveis, um par de válvulas de retenção, um acumulador, uma bomba/motor e um controlador de fluxo. as forças são geradas em todos os quatro quadrantes de compressão/expansão e ativo/passivo. um dispositivo que recupera a energia gerada pelo atuador hidráulico pode ser incorporado ao atuador hidráulico para gerar energia na forma de energia elétrica.
