Abstract
Description
このアンダーカットドリル装置は、下穴に挿入される中空円筒状の筒体と、下穴の開口縁部に着座し、ベアリングを介して筒体を回転自在に支持する当て部材と、同軸上において筒体にスライド自在に係合し、筒体と一体回転するシャフトと、筒体の先端側に設けられ、外周面に4つのガイド溝を有する円錐台形状のコーン部と、シャフトの先端部に取り付けられ、各ガイド溝に係合する4つのアームと、4つアームの先端部外面に交互に設けた2つの切刃および2つのガイド部と、を備えている。
切刃およびガイド部は、シャフトを引き上げた状態で筒体の内側に位置している。下穴に挿入した筒体およびシャフトを一体回転させ、シャフトを下動させてゆくと、コーン部のガイド溝により4つのアームが下動しながら外側に開いてゆく。これにより、切刃が下穴の内周面を研削し、下穴の底部(最奥部)に拡径部を形成する。
Claims (2)
- 躯体に穿孔したアンカー用の下穴に挿入して用いられ、前記下穴の一部を研削により拡径するための拡径用ドリルビットであって、
前記下穴の一部を研削する複数の切刃部と、
前記複数の切刃部を、それぞれ平行移動するように径方向にスライド移動可能に保持する切刃保持部と、
前記切刃保持部を支持するシャンク部と、を備え、
前記複数の切刃部は、回転に伴う遠心力により、前記切刃保持部に対し径方向外側に拡開するようにスライド移動することを特徴とする拡径用ドリルビット。 - 前記各切刃部は、断面円環状に形成され、
前記切刃保持部は、前記複数の切刃部を遊嵌状態で保持する複数の保持ピンを有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡径用ドリルビット。
