Description
本実施の形態では、身体の一部に装着可能な電子機器100の一例を示す。
図1は、電子機器100の斜視図の一例を示す。
図7に電子機器100の装着例を示す。図7(A)は、電子機器100を腕(手首)に装着する例を示す。図7(B)は、電子機器100を腕の上部に装着する例を示す。また、図7(C)は、腕章型デバイスである電子機器100の例を示す。
また、図8(A)に示す電子機器100の例のように表示部102と、蓄電装置103を並んで設けてもよい。図8(A)は、図2と比較して、蓄電装置103が表示部102と並んで設けられる点が異なる。蓄電装置103と表示部102を並んで設けることにより、例えば電子機器100を薄くすることができる。薄くすることにより、装着性が向上する場合がある。
蓄電装置103は、曲がった形状を有することが好ましい。曲がった形状を有することにより、板111の曲率半径の大きい領域に蓄電装置103を設けることができる。また、蓄電装置103は、可撓性を有することが好ましい。可撓性を有する蓄電装置は、外装体が薄く柔軟性を有するフィルムであり、板111の曲率半径の大きい領域の曲面部分に追随して変形させることができる。また、電子機器100に外力が加えられるとき、例えば電子機器100を腕に装着する場合などにおいて、板112の変形に追随して変形することができる。
以下に、表示部102の作製方法の一例を示す。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様の電子機器に適用することができる表示装置の一例を示す。
図20は、表示装置の一例を示す上面図である。図20示す表示装置700は、第1の基板701上に設けられた画素部702と、第1の基板701に設けられたソースドライバ回路部704及びゲートドライバ回路部706と、画素部702、ソースドライバ回路部704、及びゲートドライバ回路部706を囲むように配置されるシール材712と、第1の基板701に対向するように設けられる第2の基板705と、を有する。なお、第1の基板701と第2の基板705は、シール材712によって封止されている。すなわち、画素部702、ソースドライバ回路部704、及びゲートドライバ回路部706は、第1の基板701とシール材712と第2の基板705によって封止されている。なお、図20には図示しないが、第1の基板701と第2の基板705の間には表示素子が設けられる。
図21及び図24に示す表示装置700は、引き回し配線部711と、画素部702と、ソースドライバ回路部704と、FPC端子部708と、を有する。また、引き回し配線部711は、信号線710を有する。また、画素部702は、トランジスタ750及び容量素子790(容量素子790aまたは容量素子790b)を有する。また、ソースドライバ回路部704は、トランジスタ752を有する。
本実施の形態では、蓄電装置を充電する方法として無線給電により充電させる例を示す。無線給電には電界、磁界、電磁波等を用いることができる。電界、磁界、電磁波等を受信するものとしてアンテナ、コイル等を用いることができる。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1に示す薄型の蓄電池の作製方法と、コイン型蓄電池の構造の一例について説明する。
実施の形態1に示す、フィルムからなる外装体を用いた薄型の二次電池の作製方法について説明する。図10に薄型の二次電池の外観図を示す。また、図10中の鎖線A1−A2及び鎖線B1−B2で切断した断面をそれぞれ図11(A)及び図11(B)に示す。
次に蓄電装置の一例として、コイン型の蓄電池の一例を図18を用いて説明する。図18(A)はコイン型(単層偏平型)の蓄電池の外観図であり、図18(B)は、その断面図である。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様の表示装置の作製に用いることのできる成膜方法および成膜装置について説明する。
従来のCVD法を利用した成膜装置は、成膜の際、反応のための原料ガス(プリカーサ)の1種または複数種がチャンバーに同時に供給される。ALD法を利用した成膜装置は、反応のためのプリカーサが順次にチャンバーに導入され、そのガス導入の順序を繰り返すことで成膜を行う。例えば、それぞれのスイッチングバルブ(高速バルブとも呼ぶ)を切り替えて2種類以上のプリカーサを順番にチャンバーに供給し、複数種のプリカーサが混ざらないように第1のプリカーサの後に不活性ガス(アルゴン、或いは窒素など)などを導入し、第2のプリカーサを導入する。また、不活性ガスを導入する代わりに真空排気によって第1のプリカーサを排出した後、第2のプリカーサを導入することができる。
また、プラズマALD法により成膜することで、熱を用いたALD法(熱ALD法)に比べてさらに低温での成膜が可能となる。プラズマALD法は、例えば、100度以下でも成膜速度を低下させずに成膜することができる。また、プラズマALD法では、N2をプラズマによりラジカル化することができるため、酸化物のみならず窒化物を成膜することができる。
図28は本発明の一態様の表示モジュールの作製に用いることができる成膜装置ALDを説明する断面図である。本実施の形態で説明する成膜装置ALDは、成膜室180と、成膜室180に接続される制御部182と、を有する。
なお、原料供給部181aは、第1の原料を供給する機能を有し、流量制御器182aに接続されている。
さまざまな物質を第1の原料に用いることができる。
排気装置185は、排気する機能を有し、流量制御器182cに接続されている。なお、排出される原料を捕捉するトラップを排出口184と流量制御器182cの間に有してもよい。ところで、ドライポンプまたは/およびターボポンプ等を排気装置185に用いることができる。ターボポンプを用いることにより、排気に要する時間を短縮することができる。除害設備を用いて排気されたガス等を除害する。
制御装置は、流量制御器を制御する制御信号または加熱機構を制御する制御信号等を供給する。例えば、第1のステップにおいて、第1の原料を加工基材の表面に供給する。そして、第2のステップにおいて、第1の原料と反応する第2の原料を供給する。これにより第1の原料は第2の原料と反応し、反応生成物が加工部材10の表面に堆積することができる。
成膜室180は、第1の原料、第2の原料および不活性ガスを供給される導入口183と、第1の原料、第2の原料および不活性ガスを排出する排出口184とを備える。
支持部186は、単数または複数の加工部材10を支持する。これにより、一回の処理ごとに単数または複数の加工部材10に例えば絶縁膜を形成できる。
本実施の形態で説明する成膜装置ALDを用いて、作製することができる膜について説明する。
例えば、アルミニウム前駆体化合物を含む原料を気化させたガスを第1の原料に用いることができる。具体的には、トリメチルアルミニウム(TMA、化学式はAl(CH3)3)またはトリス(ジメチルアミド)アルミニウム、トリイソブチルアルミニウム、アルミニウムトリス(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−3,5−ヘプタンジオナート)などを用いることができる。
例えば、ハフニウム前駆体化合物を含む原料を気化させたガスを第1の原料に用いることができる。具体的には、テトラキスジメチルアミドハフニウム(TDMAH、化学式はHf[N(CH3)2]4)またはテトラキス(エチルメチルアミド)ハフニウム等のハフニウムアミドを含む原料を用いることができる。
例えば、WF6ガスを第1の原料に用いることができる。
本実施の形態では、酸化物半導体膜の構造について説明する。

- 第1の板と、第2の板と、可撓性を有する表示部と、可撓性を有する蓄電装置と、を有し、
前記第1の板と、前記第2の板と、は向かい合うように配置され、
前記表示部および前記蓄電装置は、前記第1の板と前記第2の板に挟まれ、
前記表示部は、前記蓄電装置と面する第1の面を有し、
前記第1の面は、前記蓄電装置と固定されない第1の領域を有し、
前記第1の領域は、前記表示部が有する表示領域と重なる電子機器。 - 第1の板と、第2の板と、可撓性を有する表示部と、可撓性を有する蓄電装置と、を有し、
前記第1の板と、前記第2の板と、は向かい合うように配置され、
前記表示部および前記蓄電装置は、前記第1の板と前記第2の板に挟まれ、
前記表示部と、前記蓄電装置と、の間に空間を有する電子機器。 - 第1の板と、第2の板と、可撓性を有する表示部と、可撓性を有する蓄電装置と、接着層と、を有し、
前記第1の板と、前記第2の板と、は向かい合うように位置し、

前記蓄電装置は、第3の端部と、第4の端部と、を有し、
前記第1の端部と前記第3の端部は、前記回路基板に固定され、
前記第2の端部と前記第4の端部の距離は、電子機器の変形に伴い変化する電子機器。 - 可撓性を有する第1の筐体と、可撓性を有する第2の筐体と、可撓性を有する表示部と、可撓性を有する蓄電装置と、を有し、
前記第1の筐体は透光性を有する第1の面を有し、
前記表示部は、前記第1の筐体の内部に位置し、
前記表示部は、前記第1の面と接する領域を有し、
