Claims (5)
- 内燃機関を備えた車両に搭載され、無人走行および有人走行が可能な車両制御装置において、
無人走行中であるか否かを判定する判定手段を備え、
前記判定手段が無人走行中であると判定した場合に、有人走行時に比べて前記内燃機関の出力を制限することを特徴とする車両制御装置。 - 前記判定手段が無人走行中であると判定した場合に、有人走行時に比べて前記内燃機関の出力軸回転速度または前記内燃機関の負荷を下げることで前記内燃機関の出力を制限することを特徴とする請求項1の車両制御装置。
- 前記車両は、駆動源として、前記内燃機関に加え、電動モータを備えるものであって、
前記判定手段が無人走行中であると判定した場合は、駆動力を前記電動モータのみで発生できる駆動力の領域に制限することで前記内燃機関の出力を制限することを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両制御装置。 - 前記車両は、変速機を備え、
前記判定手段が無人走行中であると判定した場合に、前記変速機の変速を制限することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1の車両制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記電動モータと車軸の間に変速機を備え、
前記判定手段が無人走行中であると判定した場合に、前記変速機の作動油圧が小さくなるほど前記電動モータのトルクを小さくすることを特徴とする請求項3の車両制御装置。
