Description
Claims (6)
- 動力源として少なくともエンジンを備え、運転操作を自動制御する自動運転で走行することが可能な車両の制御装置において、
前記車両を制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンの運転に起因する振動および騒音を抑制するための前記エンジンの運転についての制限値を設定するとともに、前記エンジンの運転を、エンジン回転数が前記制限値よりも低く、かつ、エンジントルクが前記制限値よりも大きい運転領域内に制限する動作制限を実施し、
車内の搭乗者の有無を判断し、
前記搭乗者が存在する状態で前記車両が前記自動運転で走行する有人自動運転の場合は、前記制限値として、第1制限値を設定し、
前記搭乗者が存在しない状態で前記車両が前記自動運転で走行する無人自動運転の場合は、前記制限値として、前記第1制限値よりも前記運転領域が広くなる第2制限値を設定する
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。
- 請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置において、
前記車両は、前記動力源としてモータを更に備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記制限値として前記第2制限値を設定する場合は、前記モータでトルクを発生させる
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の車両の制御装置において、
前記車両は、車速を検出するセンサを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記無人自動運転で、かつ、前記車速が予め定めた車速閾値以下である場合は、前記制限値として、前記第2制限値よりも前記運転領域が狭くなる第3制限値を設定する
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の車両の制御装置において、
前記車両は、前記車両周辺の人を検知するセンサを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記無人自動運転で、かつ、前記周辺の予め定めた所定範囲内で前記人を検知した場合は、前記制限値として、前記第2制限値よりも前記運転領域が狭くなる第3制限値を設定する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の車両の制御装置において、
前記車両は、車室、および、前記車室内に設けられた装置を更に備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記装置の操作状況または作動状態に基づいて前記搭乗者の有無を判断する
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の車両の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記車両の運行状況を判断し、
前記車両が停車した場合は、前記制限値として前記第1制限値を設定する
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。
