Description
第2発明は、上記入力トルク推定値が所定以上変化した時の油圧に基づいて、非係合の油圧式摩擦係合装置のパックエンド圧を学習するもので、回転機のフィードバック制御等に拘らず、パックエンド圧を適切に学習することができる。そして、このようにパックエンド圧の油圧学習が適切に行なわれることにより、各部の個体差や摩擦材の経時変化等に拘らず、油圧式摩擦係合装置の油圧制御すなわち変速時の係合解放制御等を適切に行なうことができる。
図1は、本発明が適用された車両用駆動装置10の制御系統を含む骨子図である。車両用駆動装置10は、車体に取り付けられる非回転部材としてのトランスミッションケース12(以下、ケース12という)内において共通の軸心上に配設されたエンジン14と、このエンジン14に直接或いは図示しない脈動吸収ダンパー(振動減衰装置)などを介して間接的に連結された電気式差動部16と、その電気式差動部16から駆動輪34への動力伝達経路に伝達部材18を介して直列に連結されている機械式有段変速部20と、この機械式有段変速部20に連結されている出力軸22とを直列に備えている。そして、この出力軸22からは、差動歯車装置(終減速機)32および一対の車軸等を介して一対の駆動輪34に駆動力が伝達される。この車両用駆動装置10は、例えば車両において縦置きされるFR(フロントエンジン・リヤドライブ)型車両に好適に用いられるものである。エンジン14は走行用の駆動力源で、ガソリンエンジンやディーゼルエンジン等の内燃機関であり、本実施例ではトルクコンバータやフルードカップリング等の流体式伝動装置を介することなく電気式差動部16に直結されている。
Claims (3)
- 少なくとも2つの回転機およびエンジンに連結された遊星歯車式の差動機構を備えている電気式差動部と、
該電気式差動部と駆動輪との間に配設され、複数の油圧式摩擦係合装置の係合解放状態に応じて変速比が異なる複数のギヤ段が成立させられる機械式有段変速部と、
を有する車両用駆動装置の制御装置において、
前記電気式差動部の運動方程式に基づいて前記機械式有段変速部の入力トルク推定値を算出する入力トルク推定部と、
前記機械式有段変速部の何れかのギヤ段が成立させられた走行中であって、該ギヤ段の成立状態が維持される非変速中に、前記入力トルク推定値が所定以上変化するまで該機械式有段変速部の非係合の油圧式摩擦係合装置の油圧を上昇させる油圧制御部と、
を有することを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記入力トルク推定値が所定以上変化した時の前記油圧に基づいて、前記非係合の油圧式摩擦係合装置のパックエンド圧を学習する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記差動機構は、前記エンジンに連結された第1回転要素と、第1回転機に連結された第2回転要素と、伝達部材に連結された第3回転要素と、を有する単一の遊星歯車装置にて構成されており、
前記伝達部材に第2回転機が連結されているとともに、該伝達部材から前記機械式有段変速部に動力伝達される一方、
前記入力トルク推定値は、前記第1回転機のトルクTg、回転変化率dNg、およびイナーシャIg、前記第2回転機のトルクTm、回転変化率dNm、およびイナーシャIm、前記遊星歯車装置のギヤ比ρを用いて定められた演算式に従って算出される
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
