Claims (12)
- 第1絶縁層と第2絶縁層、及び
前記第1絶縁層と前記第2絶縁層との間に位置する第1電極と第2電極、
を含む電極シートであって、
前記電極シートと離隔して位置する基準電位層と前記電極シートとの間の相対的な距離変化によって変わる、前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間の静電容量を検出することができ、
前記静電容量の変化によって、前記距離変化を引き起こす圧力の大きさを検出することができるように構成された、電極シート。 - 第1絶縁層と第2絶縁層、及び
前記第1絶縁層と前記第2絶縁層との間に位置する電極、
を含む電極シートであって、
前記電極シートと離隔して位置する基準電位層と前記電極シートとの間の相対的な距離変化によって変わる、前記電極と前記基準電位層との間の静電容量を検出することができ、
前記静電容量の変化によって、前記距離変化を引き起こす圧力の大きさを検出することができるように構成された、電極シート。 - 第1絶縁層と第2絶縁層、及び前記第1絶縁層と前記第2絶縁層との間に位置する第1電極を含む第1電極シート、及び
第3絶縁層と第4絶縁層、及び前記第3絶縁層と前記第4絶縁層との間に位置する第2電極を含む第2電極シート、
を含む電極シートであって、
前記第1電極シートと前記第2電極シートとの間の相対的な距離変化によって変わる、前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間の静電容量を検出することができ、
前記静電容量の変化によって、前記距離変化を引き起こす圧力の大きさを検出することができるように構成された、電極シート。 - 前記電極シートは、
基板及びディスプレイモジュールを含むタッチ入力装置に付着されるが、互いに向かい合う前記基板の一面と前記ディスプレイモジュールの一面の何れか一方に付着される、請求項1または2に記載の電極シート。 - 前記基準電位層は、前記基板の一面であるか、もしくはディスプレイモジュールの一面である、請求項4に記載の電極シート。
- 前記第1電極シートは、基板及びディスプレイモジュールを含むタッチ入力装置に付着されるが、互いに向かい合う前記基板の一面と前記ディスプレイモジュールの一面の何れか一方に付着し、
前記第2電極シートは、前記基板の一面と前記ディスプレイモジュールの一面のうちのもう一方に付着する、請求項3に記載の電極シート。 - 前記第1電極または前記第2電極は、複数のチャネルを構成する、請求項1または3に記載の電極シート。
- 前記複数のチャネルを用いて多重タッチに対する多重圧力検出が可能な、請求項7に記載の電極シート。
- 前記電極は、複数のチャネルを構成する、請求項2に記載の電極シート。
- 前記複数のチャネルを用いて多重タッチに対する多重圧力検出が可能な、請求項9に記載の電極シート。
- 前記圧力が印加されれば、前記ディスプレイモジュールが撓み、
前記ディスプレイモジュールが撓むことによって前記電極シートと前記基準電位層との間の距離が変わる、請求項4に記載の電極シート。 - 前記圧力が印加されれば、前記ディスプレイモジュールが撓み、
前記ディスプレイモジュールが撓むことによって前記第1電極シートと前記第2電極シートとの間の距離が変わる、請求項6に記載の電極シート。
