Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係る表示装置100の主要構成例を示すブロック図である。表示装置100は、例えば、タッチ検出機能付き表示パネル1、演算部9等を備える。タッチ検出機能付き表示パネル1は表示出力に係る構成並びにタッチ操作の位置検出及び押圧検出に係る構成が設けられた所謂インセルタイプの表示デバイスである。タッチ検出機能付き表示パネル1は、例えば、表示部2、タッチ検出部3、制御部として機能するDDIC4、信号出力部5、ベース電極8等を備える。演算部9は、タッチ検出機能付き表示パネル1から出力される各種の信号に基づいて、タッチ操作の位置検出及び押圧検出に係る演算を行う回路である。なお、図1等における「セルフ」の記載は、後述する自己容量方式に係る構成であることを示す。

- 二次元の検出領域として機能するタッチ検出面に対してタッチ操作が行われた位置を示すタッチ検出信号を出力するタッチ検出信号出力部と、
前記タッチ検出面から加えられた前記タッチ操作に伴う押圧に係る押圧信号を出力する押圧信号出力部と、を備え、
前記タッチ検出信号出力部は、
前記二次元を構成する二方向のうち一方向に沿う複数の第1電極と、
前記複数の第1電極と接続されて前記第1電極の自己容量が示す前記タッチ操作が行われた前記一方向と直交する他方向の位置を示す第1信号を出力する第1信号出力部とを有し、
前記第1電極は、前記検出領域内でそれぞれ異なる位置に設けられた複数の分割電極を有し、
異なる前記第1電極の前記分割電極同士は、前記他方向に並び、

請求項5に記載の検出装置。 - 前記個別検出で得られた複数の前記第1検出領域の静電容量の大小に基づいて前記押圧の度合い及び前記押圧が加えられた二次元の位置を算出する押圧算出部を有する
請求項2に記載の検出装置。 - 前記相互容量信号に基づいて前記タッチ操作が行われた二次元の位置を算出するタッチ算出部と、
前記第1信号に基づいて前記タッチ算出部により算出された二次元の位置を補正するタッチ補正部とを有する
請求項2から7のいずれか一項に記載の検出装置。 - 前記タッチ検出信号出力部は、
前記他方向に沿う複数の第2電極と、
前記複数の第2電極と接続されて前記第2電極の自己容量が示す前記タッチ操作が行われた前記一方向の位置を示す第2信号を出力する第2信号出力部とを有する
請求項1に記載の検出装置。 - 前記個別検出で得られた複数の前記第1検出領域の静電容量の大小に基づいて前記押圧の度合い及び前記押圧が加えられた二次元の位置を算出する押圧算出部と、
前記第1信号及び前記第2信号に基づいて前記タッチ操作が行われた二次元の位置を算出するタッチ算出部と、
前記押圧算出部により算出された前記押圧が加えられた二次元の位置に基づいて前記タッチ操作が行われた二次元の位置を補正するタッチ補正部とを有する
請求項9に記載の検出装置。 - 前記個別検出で得られた複数の前記第1検出領域の静電容量の大小に基づいて前記押圧の度合い及び前記押圧が加えられた二次元の位置を算出する算出部を備える
請求項1に記載の検出装置。 - 前記第1電極を構成する複数の前記分割電極は、前記他方向について2つの前記分割電極が位置する重複領域を有する
請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の検出装置。 - 前記第1電極は、当該第1電極を構成する複数の前記分割電極の各々が一方向にテーパー又は逆テーパーがついた形状である
