Abstract
Description
i)下側シールおよび2つの側シールを形成すべく、易破裂性材料の第1のシートを易破裂性材料の第2のシートに封着するステップと、
ii)前記下側シール、前記2つの側シール、および前記推進剤分注装置と前記第1および第2のシートとの間のシールによって画成された中心空間に推進剤分注装置を流体連通させるステップと、
iii)前記推進剤分注装置を用いて前記中心空間内に推進剤を注入するステップと、
iv)上側シール、前記下側シール、および前記2つの側シールの間に前記推進剤が収容された収容体を形成するために、前記上側シールを形成すべく、前記第1のシートを前記第2のシートに封着するステップと、
を含む、方法が提供されている。
前記ステップiv)は、前記一時的クランプと前記下側シールとの間ではない位置で前記上側シールを形成することを含んでもよく、
前記一時的クランプは、前記上側シールの形成後に解除されてもよい。
i)易破裂性材料のチューブを準備するステップと、
ii)前記チューブの下端を封着し、下側シールを形成するステップと、
iii)前記チューブの上端を封着し、第1の上側シールを形成し、前記第1の上側シールと前記下側シールとの間に内部空間を画成するステップと、
iv)前記チューブに開口を形成するステップと、
v)前記開口を通して前記内部空間内に推進剤を注入するステップと、
vi)前記第1の上側シールと前記下側シールとの間に位置する第2の上側シールを形成すべく、前記チューブを封着するステップであって、前記開口は、前記第1の上側シールと前記第2の上側シールとの間に位置している、ステップと、
を含む、方法が提供されている。
i)開口を有する収容体を準備するステップと、
ii)前記開口に推進剤分注装置を流体連通させるステップと、
iii)前記推進剤分注装置を用いて、液体推進剤を前記収容体内に注入するステップと、
iv)前記収容体を一時的にクランプし、前記一時的クランプによって画成された中心空間内の分注された量の液体推進剤を実質的に流体的に隔離するステップと、
v)前記収容体を、前記中心空間を横断しない位置で封着するステップと、
vi)前記一時的クランプを解除するステップと、
を含む、方法が提供されている。
Claims (42)
- 推進剤を収容した収容体を製造する方法であって、
i)下側シールおよび2つの側シールを形成すべく、易破裂性材料の第1のシートを易破裂性材料の第2のシートに封着するステップと、
ii)前記下側シール、前記2つの側シール、および前記推進剤分注装置と前記第1および第2のシートとの間のシールによって画成された中心空間に推進剤分注装置を流体連通させるステップと、
iii)前記推進剤分注装置を用いて前記中心空間内に推進剤を注入するステップと、
iv)上側シール、前記下側シール、および前記2つの側シールの間に前記推進剤が収容された収容体を形成するために、前記上側シールを形成すべく、前記第1のシートを前記第2のシートに封着するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記収容体の前記上側シールが後続の収容体の下側シールとなるように、前記第1および第2のシートが前記推進剤分注装置に対して移動し、前記後続の収容体を形成すべく、前記ステップi)〜iv)が繰り返される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2のシートを前記推進剤分注装置に対して移動させるローラーが設けられ、前記ローラーは、前記2つの側シールを形成するために、前記第1および第2のシートをそれぞれの縁に沿って引き合わせる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ローラーは、前記2つの側シールを形成するようにさらに構成されている、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 2対の個別のローラーが設けられている、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記下側シールおよび前記上側シールは、個々の収容体を形成するために切断される、先行する請求項の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップiii)の後、前記ステップiv)の前に、前記第1のシートおよび前記第2のシートは、前記下側シールと、前記推進剤分注装置と前記第1および第2のシートとの間に形成されたシールの間で一時的にクランプされ、
前記ステップiv)は、前記一時的クランプと前記下側シールとの間ではない位置で前記上側シールを形成することを含み、
前記一時的クランプは、前記上側シールの形成後に解除される、
先行する請求項の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のシートを前記第2のシートに一時的にクランプする前記ステップは、前記クランプ領域を通る推進剤の漏出を実質的に防ぐのに十分であるが、前記第1および第2のシートを構造的に損傷しない大きさの力を用いて達成される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記下側シール、前記上側シール、および前記2つの側シールの何れかまたは各々は、熱融着シール、超音波融着シール、または、接着剤シールである、先行する請求項の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 推進剤を収容した収容体を製造する方法であって、
i)易破裂性材料のチューブを準備するステップと、
ii)前記チューブの下端を封着し、下側シールを形成するステップと、
iii)前記チューブの上端を封着し、第1の上側シールを形成し、前記第1の上側シールと前記下側シールとの間に内部空間を画成するステップと、
iv)前記チューブに開口を形成するステップと、
v)前記開口を通して前記内部空間内に推進剤を注入するステップと、
vi)前記第1の上側シールと前記下側シールとの間に位置する第2の上側シールを形成すべく、前記チューブを封着するステップであって、前記開口は、前記第1の上側シールと前記第2の上側シールとの間に位置している、ステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記収容体を形成すべく、前記チューブを前記第2の上側シールの箇所で切断するステップをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記収容体を形成すべく、前記チューブを前記下側シールの箇所で切断するステップをさらに含む、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップiv)は、前記ステップiii)を行う前に行なわれる、請求項10〜12の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記開口を通して前記内部空間内に推進剤を注入する前記ステップは、推進剤ディスペンサーを前記開口に流体連通させることを含み、前記推進剤ディスペンサーは、前記開口の周りに密封配置される、請求項10〜13の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 易破裂性材料の前記チューブは、押出チューブである、請求項10〜14の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも前記ステップi)〜vi)は、前記押出チューブが押出ラインから切断されていないときに行なわれる、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の上側シールは、上方に延在するチューブの前記下側シールになり、これによって、前記方法が、上方に延在する前記チューブに対して繰り返される、請求項10〜16の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記下側シール、前記第1の上側シール、前記第2の上側シールの何れかまたは各々は、熱融着シール、超音波融着シール、または接着シールである、請求項10〜17の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記チューブに開口を形成するステップは、遊離材料を実質的に生じない、請求項10〜18の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 推進剤を収容した収容体を製造する方法であって、
i)開口を有する収容体を準備するステップと、
ii)前記開口に推進剤分注装置を流体連通させるステップと、
iii)前記推進剤分注装置を用いて、液体推進剤を前記収容体内に注入するステップと、
iv)前記収容体を一時的にクランプし、前記一時的クランプによって画成された中心空間内の分注された量の液体推進剤を実質的に流体的に隔離するステップと、
v)前記収容体を、前記中心空間を横断しない位置で封着するステップと、
vi)前記一時的クランプを解除するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記ステップv)の前に、前記中心空間内以外の前記収容体に存在する推進剤が消失可能である、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記中心空間内以外の前記収容体に存在する前記推進剤の消失を促すために加熱が施される、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記中心空間内以外の前記収容体に存在する前記推進剤を除去するために真空減圧が施される、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記中心空間内以外の前記収容体に存在する前記推進剤の消失を可能にするために、前記ステップiv)とステップv)との間に所定の時間間隔を経過させる、請求項21〜23の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記推進剤は、ヒドロフルオロアルカン(HFA)を含む、先行する請求項の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記HFAは、HFA134aである、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 外筒、前記外筒内で軸方向に移動可能なストッパー、および収容体を有する注射器であって、前記収容体は、所定温度で沸騰する推進剤を含むチャンバを備え、1つまたは複数のシールが前記チャンバを封止しており、前記収容体は、前記推進剤に対して実質的に不透過性の柔軟な易破裂性材料から形成され、前記1つまたは複数のシールは、2つの同一材料間に形成されており、前記収容体は、前記注射器を作動させ、前記ストッパーを前記外筒内において軸方向に移動させる動力源である、注射器。
- 前記1つまたは複数のシールは、熱融着、超音波融着、または接着剤によって形成されている、請求項27に記載の注射器。
- 前記材料は、0.365g/(m2・24h)のガス透過率を有する、請求項27または28に記載の注射器。
- 前記材料は、ポリエチレンを含む、請求項27〜29の何れか一項に記載の注射器。
- 前記材料は、ポリアミドを含む、請求項27〜29の何れか一項に記載の注射器。
- 前記材料は、ナイロンを含む、請求項31に記載の注射器。
- 前記材料は、実質的にナイロンからなる、請求項32に記載の注射器。
- 前記材料は、ポリエチレンとポリアミドとのラミネートを含む、請求項27〜29の何れか一項に記載の注射器。
- 前記材料は、ポリエチレンと金属とのラミネートを含む、請求項27〜29の何れか一項に記載の注射器。
- 前記金属は、金属箔である、請求項35に記載の注射器。
- 前記収容体は、前記材料の2枚のシートから形成され、前記チャンバは、前記2枚のシートが互いに接続されていない領域によって画成されており、前記1つまたは複数のシールは、前記2枚のシートが互いに接合されている1つまたは複数の領域によって画成されている、請求項27〜36の何れか一項に記載の注射器。
- 前記収容体は、当初2つの開端を有する前記材料の実質的に円筒片から形成され、前記2つの開端は、2つの封止端を形成すべく閉塞されている、請求項27〜37の何れか一項に記載の注射器。
- 前記推進剤は、ヒドロフルオロアルカン(HFA)を含む、請求項27〜38の何れか一項に記載の注射器。
- 前記HFAは、HFA134aである、請求項39に記載の注射器。
- 添付の図面を参照して明細書に実質的に記載されているような推進剤を含む収容体を製造する方法。
- 添付の図面を参照して明細書に実質的に記載されているような所定温度で沸騰する推進剤によって推進可能な注射器。
