Abstract
Description
第1モータジェネレータ及び第2モータジェネレータの駆動を制御するMGECU(34)と、
各モータジェネレータでの回生制動力と摩擦制動装置での制動力との合計が要求されるトータルの制動力となるように、摩擦制動装置を制御するブレーキECU(38)と、
HVECUとMGECUとを1対1で接続する第1通信線(40)と、
HVECU及びブレーキECUを含む複数のECUを相互に接続する第2通信線(42)と、
を備える車両制御装置であって、
MGECUは、
HVECUにて算出された車両全体の駆動力に基づいて、第1モータジェネレータ及び第2モータジェネレータの実行トルクを算出し、
第2通信線を介して、ブレーキECUと通信可能とされ、
ハイブリッド車両の走行状態が、駆動輪(24)がスリップとグリップとを交互に繰り返す過渡状態にあるのか、過渡状態以外の通常状態にあるのかを判定する判定部(50)と、該判定部の判定結果に基づいて、通常状態においては第1通信線による通信を選択し、過渡状態においては第2通信線による通信を選択する選択部(52c)と、を有することを特徴とする。
本発明の実施形態について説明する前に、本発明の参考形態について説明する。この参考形態に示す車両制御装置は、スプリット式のハイブリッド車両に適用される従来周知の車両制御装置において、各モータジェネレータの実行トルクの算出をMGECUで行うようにしたものである。なお、以下に示す本発明の実施形態と、共通乃至関連する要素には、本発明の実施形態の付与する符号に対し、100を加算した符号を付与するものとする。
先ず、図9に基づき、ハイブリッド車両の概略構成について説明する。図9に示すハイブリッド車両10の構成は、参考形態に記載のハイブリッド車両110とほぼ同じである。ハイブリッド車両10は、エンジン12、第1MG14、第2MG16、動力分割機構18、減速機20、駆動軸22、及び駆動輪24を備えている。加えて、HVECU30、エンジンECU32、MGECU34、バッテリECU36、ブレーキECU38、第1通信線40、及び第2通信線42を備えている。
Claims (4)
- 内燃機関(12)と、第1モータジェネレータ(14)と、車輪の駆動軸(22)とが、動力分割機構(18)を介して連結されるとともに、前記駆動軸と第2モータジェネレータ(16)が連結されてなるハイブリッド車両全体を統合的に制御するHVECU(30)と、
前記第1モータジェネレータ及び前記第2モータジェネレータの駆動を制御するMGECU(34)と、
各モータジェネレータでの回生制動力と摩擦制動装置での制動力との合計が要求されるトータルの制動力となるように、前記摩擦制動装置を制御するブレーキECU(38)と、
前記HVECUと前記MGECUとを1対1で接続する第1通信線(40)と、
前記HVECU及び前記ブレーキECUを含む複数のECUを相互に接続する第2通信線(42)と、
を備える車両制御装置であって、
前記MGECUは、
前記HVECUにて算出された車両全体の駆動力に基づいて、前記第1モータジェネレータ及び前記第2モータジェネレータの実行トルクを算出し、
前記第2通信線を介して、前記ブレーキECUと通信可能とされ、
前記ハイブリッド車両の走行状態が、駆動輪(24)がスリップとグリップとを交互に繰り返す過渡状態にあるのか、前記過渡状態以外の通常状態にあるのかを判定する判定部(50)と、
該判定部の判定結果に基づいて、前記通常状態においては前記第1通信線による通信を選択し、前記過渡状態においては前記第2通信線による通信を選択する選択部(52c)と、を有することを特徴とする車両制御装置。 - 前記判定部は、前記第1モータジェネレータ及び前記第2モータジェネレータのうち、少なくとも前記第1モータジェネレータの回転情報に基づいて、前記過渡状態及び前記通常状態のいずれの状態にあるのかを判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記選択部は、IC内部のハードウェアにより実現されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記選択部は、ソフトウェアにより実現されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両制御装置。
