Description
Claims (6)
- 内燃機関と、駆動輪に駆動力を発生させるための駆動用回転電機と、前記駆動用回転電機に電力を供給するための蓄電装置とを含む車両に搭載された車両用制御装置であって、前記内燃機関は、排気通路と、前記排気通路の途中に設けられる触媒と、前記蓄電装置の電力を用いて前記触媒を加熱するための加熱装置とを含み、
前記車両用制御装置は、
前記駆動輪の回転数を検出するための回転数検出部と、
前記駆動輪の前記回転数に基づいて、前記駆動輪の状態がスリップ状態からグリップ状態に移行するように変化しているという実行条件が成立するか否かを判定するための判定部と、
前記実行条件が成立した場合に加えて、前記駆動用回転電機において発電される発電電力がしきい値を超え、かつ、前記触媒の温度が予め定められた温度よりも低い場合に、前記駆動輪の状態が前記スリップ状態から前記グリップ状態に移行するように変化することによって前記駆動用回転電機において発電される電力が前記加熱装置によって消費されるように前記発電電力に応じて設定される時間が経過するまで前記加熱装置を用いて前記触媒を加熱する制御を行なう制御部とを含む、車両用制御装置。 - 前記車両は、電力供給源から前記加熱装置に電力が供給される電力供給状態と前記電力供給源から前記加熱装置に供給される電力が遮断される電力遮断状態とのうちのいずれか一方の状態から他方の状態に切り替えるための切替部をさらに含み、
前記車両用制御装置は、前記駆動用回転電機において発電される前記発電電力を推定するための推定部をさらに含み、
前記制御部は、前記実行条件が成立した場合に加えて、前記推定部によって推定された前記発電電力が前記しきい値を超え、かつ、前記触媒の温度が前記予め定められた温度よりも低い場合に、前記駆動用回転電機において発電される電力が前記加熱装置によって消費されるように前記切替部の状態を前記電力遮断状態から前記電力供給状態に切り替える、請求項1に記載の車両用制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記実行条件が成立した場合であって、かつ、前記推定部によって推定された前記発電電力が前記しきい値よりも小さい場合に、前記駆動用回転電機において発電される電力を用いて前記蓄電装置を充電する、請求項2に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記車両は、電力供給源から前記加熱装置に電力が供給される電力供給状態と前記電力供給源から前記加熱装置に供給される電力が遮断される電力遮断状態とのうちのいずれか一方の状態から他方の状態に切り替えるための切替部をさらに含み、
前記車両用制御装置は、前記触媒の温度を検出するための温度検出部をさらに含み、
前記制御部は、前記実行条件が成立した場合に加えて、前記駆動用回転電機において発電される前記発電電力が前記しきい値を超え、かつ、前記温度検出部によって検出された前記触媒の温度が前記予め定められた温度よりも低い場合に、前記駆動用回転電機において発電される電力が前記加熱装置によって消費されるように前記切替部の状態を前記電力遮断状態から前記電力供給状態に切り替える、請求項1に記載の車両用制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記実行条件が成立した場合であって、かつ、前記温度検出部によって検出された前記触媒の温度が前記予め定められた温度よりも高い場合に、前記駆動用回転電機において発電される電力を用いて前記蓄電装置を充電する、請求項4に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 内燃機関と、駆動輪に駆動力を発生させるための駆動用回転電機と、前記駆動用回転電機に電力を供給するための蓄電装置とを含む車両の車両用制御方法であって、前記内燃機関は、排気通路と、前記排気通路の途中に設けられる触媒と、前記蓄電装置の電力を用いて前記触媒を加熱するための加熱装置とを含み、
前記車両用制御方法は、
前記駆動輪の回転数を検出するステップと、
前記駆動輪の前記回転数に基づいて、前記駆動輪の状態がスリップ状態からグリップ状態に移行するように変化しているという実行条件が成立するか否かを判定するステップと、
前記実行条件が成立した場合に加えて、前記駆動用回転電機において発電される発電電力がしきい値を超え、かつ、前記触媒の温度が予め定められた温度よりも低い場合に、前記駆動輪の状態が前記スリップ状態から前記グリップ状態に移行するように変化することによって前記駆動用回転電機において発電される電力が前記加熱装置によって消費されるように前記発電電力に応じて設定される時間が経過するまで前記加熱装置を用いて前記触媒を加熱する制御を行なうステップとを含む、車両用制御方法。
