Abstract
【解決手段】車輪駆動力又は回生車輪制動力を発生させる電動機30が配備された車輌の制動装置において、運転者によるブレーキペダル63への操作圧力が伝わって発生した作動流体の圧力をそのまま又は増減して夫々の車輪10FL,10FR,10RL,10RRへと伝達させることで機械車輪制動力を発生させる作動流体圧力調節部(ブレーキアクチュエータ67)を備えた機械車輪制動力発生手段と、電動機30による回生車輌制動力及び機械車輪制動力発生手段による機械車輌制動力以外の外的制動力を車輌に働かせる外的制動力発生手段(走行抵抗発生手段90)と、電動機30の電気エネルギへの変換効率の低下時に運転者の要求車輌制動力を満たすべく当該低下分に相当する制動力を外的制動力で補填させる制動制御手段(総合ECU70,走行抵抗可変ECU91)と、を備えること。

Claims (4)
- 車輪に回生制動による第1車輪制動力を作用させる第1車輪制動力発生手段と、運転者によるブレーキペダルへの操作圧力が伝わって発生した作動流体の圧力を調圧し、該圧力を夫々の前記車輪へと伝達させて当該車輪に第2車輪制動力を作用させる第2車輪制動力発生手段と、を備え、運転者の前記ブレーキペダルの操作に応じた要求車輪制動力を前記第1車輪制動力と前記第2車輪制動力とによって前記車輪に作用させる車輌の制動装置において、
前記第1車輪制動力と前記第2車輪制動力以外の第3車輪制動力を前記車輪に作用させる第3車輪制動力発生手段と、前記第1車輪制動力を前記車輪に作用させている状況下で回生制動時の電気エネルギへの変換効率が低下して当該第1車輪制動力が減少したときに、該第1車輪制動力の減少分に相当する制動力を前記第3車輪制動力発生手段の第3車輪制動力で補填させる制動制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする車輌の制動装置。 - 前記制動制御手段は、前記第2車輪制動力発生手段を制御して前記第2車輪制動力により車輌に生じる制動力を一定に保持させるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車輌の制動装置。
- 前記第3車輪制動力発生手段は、前記車輪にエンジンブレーキを作用させるエンジンブレーキ制御手段とオルタネータと前記車輪に制動力として作用する走行抵抗を発生させる走行抵抗発生手段の内の少なくとも1つであり、
前記制動制御手段は、前記第3車輪制動力発生手段がエンジンブレーキ制御手段であればエンジンブレーキトルクを発生又は増加させ、前記第3車輪制動力発生手段がオルタネータであれば当該オルタネータを駆動させ又は発電量若しくは充電量を増加させ、前記第3車輪制動力発生手段が走行抵抗発生手段であれば走行抵抗を増加させるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車輌の制動装置。 - 前記制動制御手段は、前記第3車輪制動力発生手段と前記第1車輪制動力発生手段を制御し、車速の低下に従って前記第3車輪制動力による前記車輌への制動力を減少させると共に当該第3車輪制動力により減少した車輌への制動力に応じて前記第1車輪制動力による前記車輌への制動力を増加させるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1,2又は3に記載の車輌の制動装置。
