Abstract
Description
特許文献3からは、自動車のブレーキシステムの制御のための方法が公知である。このシステムは、電気ジェネレータと、いくつかの摩擦ブレーキを有しており、この摩擦ブレーキは自動車の軸に付設されており、そしてその全減速度は、電気ジェネレータと摩擦ブレーキの減速度割合から合算される。一つの制御装置を介して、複数のブレーキの目標減速度割合の比率が、現状減速度から目標減速度への比率から、複数のブレーキに対する補正値が探出されることによって、互いに変更され、この値でもってこの目標減速度がこれらブレーキに与えられる。この方法は、例えば摩擦ブレーキの経年変化を補償する。

その際、aextraは適切に選択された定数、v0は、ブレーキ過程の初期の車両速度、vaktuellは、現在の車両速度である。よって、ブレーキペダル操作の強さによらず、一定のままである高い回復の効率が図られる。走行路表面に低い摩擦値が存在するときだけは、制限が生じる。というのは、ABSやESPといった車両安定調整機構の介入が、基本的にジェネレータの停止の行き起こすからである。
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも一つの軸の車輪に摩擦ブレーキを有する自動車ブレーキシステムの制御または調整が実施される方法であって、少なくとも一つの軸の車輪の為のブレーキ圧発生手段が、ブレーキペダルと直接作用接続している状態にあり、および、少なくとも一つの電気機械が一つの軸と作用接続している状態にあり、これが、電気回生的ブレーキトルクの調達のもと、運動エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換するために使用されることが可能である方法において、
回復の効率の向上の為に、変更されないブレーキペダル位置及び/又はブレーキペダル力においても回生的減速度の上昇が行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 減少する速度にともないより強い回生的減速度が要求され、その際、摩擦ブレーキにより発生する減速度が、相応して減少されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 車両の固有減速度の減少が、回生的な減速度の上昇によって少なくとも補償されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 回復の効率の向上の為に、回生的減速度の上昇が、ブレーキペダル位置又はブレーキペダル力を越える程度行われること、特に摩擦ブレーキのブレーキトルクがその際一定に保持されるように行われることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 追加的に要求される減速度が、ブレーキ過程の開始時の速度に応じてに選択されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 追加的に要求される減速度が、ブレーキ過程の間連続的にまたは略連続的に適合されることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 追加的に要求される減速度が、ブレーキ過程の開始時からの速度変化に比例して選択されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 比例定数が、100km/hあたり約0.05gから約0.2gの値であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 追加的に要求される減速度が、ブレーキ過程の初期の減速度に応じて選択されることを特徴とする請求項4から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 追加的に要求される減速度が、ブレーキ過程の期間に応じて選択されることを特徴とする請求項4から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 走行状態の安定性が確認され、特に車輪回転数情報及び/又は加速度センサー及び/又はヨーレートセンサーの情報の評価によって確認され、安定的な走行状態が存在するとき、電気機械と作用接続された状態にある一又は複数の軸におけるブレーキトルクが、以下のように制御される又は調整される、すなわち、これが、摩擦ブレーキによってのみブレーキをかけられる一又は複数の軸に与えられるブレーキトルクよりも大きく、特に全体の減速度が電気回生的ブレーキトルクによって調達されるよう制御される又は調整されることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 安定的な走行状態が存在するとき、回生的ブレーキをかけられる後軸でのブレーキトルクが、理想的なブレーキ力配分に従い与えられる、ブレーキトルクの前軸での部分よりも15%までの分だけ高く調整されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの軸の車輪に摩擦ブレーキを有する自動車ブレーキシステムであって、その際、少なくとも一つの軸の車輪の為のブレーキ圧発生手段が、ブレーキペダルと直接作用接続されている状態にあり、および、電気回生的ブレーキトルクの調達のもと、運動エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換するために使用されることが可能である、少なくとも一つの電気機械が、少なくとも一つの軸と作用接続されている状態にある、自動車ブレーキシステムにおいて、
駆動または調整が、請求項1から12の少なくともいずれか一項に従い行われることを特徴とする自動車ブレーキシステム。 - 内燃機関を有する自動車における請求項13に記載のブレーキシステムの使用。
