Description
(ハイブリッド車両の全体構成)
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1による車両の代表例として示されるハイブリッド車両1の全体構成を示すブロック図である。図1を参照して、ハイブリッド車両1は、エンジン100と、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2と、動力分割装置4と、減速機5と、駆動輪6とを備える。また、ハイブリッド車両1は、蓄電装置Bと、PCU(Power Control Unit)20と、電圧変換器30と、外部給電口40と、制御装置200とをさらに備える。
図2は、図1に示したエンジン100の構成図である。図2を参照して、エンジン100には、エアクリーナ102から空気が吸入される。吸入空気量は、スロットルバルブ104により調整される。スロットルバルブ104は、スロットルモータ312により駆動される。
図3は、図1および図2に示した制御装置200の機能ブロック図である。図3には、制御装置200による機能のうちの、エンジン100の制御に関連する部分の機能ブロックが示される。
以下、図4に示されたステップS50によるEGR制限制御の実施例について詳細に説明する。
上記の実施の形態1では、外部給電モード時にはEGR制限制御を行なう構成について説明したが、外部給電中にEGR量を制限することによってデポジットの堆積を抑制することができる反面、EGRによる燃費向上の効果が薄まってしまう可能性がある。言い換えれば、インジェクタ108の詰まりや点火プラグ110の燻りが回避されていれば、EGR装置を積極的に用いることが、燃費を高める点で有利である。
インジェクタ108の詰まりや点火プラグ110の燻りが発生していないかどうかの判断は、排気通路の空燃比A/Fの変動を監視することによっても行なうことができる。インジェクタ108の詰まりや点火プラグ110の燻りが生じると、燃料噴射量や点火時期の制御が不安定となるため、燃焼室内で燃焼された混合気の空燃比も安定せず、大きく変動するためである。
Claims (11)
- 内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関を用いて発電された電力を、車両外部へ出力するように構成された電力出力装置とを備え、
前記内燃機関は、前記内燃機関の排気を吸気側に還流するための還流装置を含み、
前記内燃機関の負荷に応じて前記還流装置による排気の還流量を制御するための制御装置をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記電力出力装置によって車両外部へ電力を出力する場合には、前記電力出力装置によって車両外部へ電力を出力しない場合に比べて、同一の負荷に対する排気の還流量を制限する、車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記電力出力装置によって車両外部へ電力を出力する場合であって、前記内燃機関の回転速度の変動幅が閾値以上となるときには、前記電力出力装置によって車両外部へ電力を出力しない場合に比べて、同一の負荷に対する排気の還流量を制限する、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記電力出力装置によって車両外部へ電力を出力する場合であって、前記内燃機関の排気通路の空燃比の変動幅が閾値以上となるときには、前記電力出力装置によって車両外部へ電力を出力しない場合に比べて、同一の負荷に対する排気の還流量を制限する、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記電力出力装置による車両外部への電力の出力を開始してからの経過時間が長くなるほど、排気の還流量の低減量を大きくする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記内燃機関の負荷が高くなるほど、排気の還流量の低減量を小さくする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記内燃機関の回転速度の変動幅が大きくなるほど、排気の還流量の低減量を大きくする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記内燃機関の排気通路の空燃比の変動幅が大きくなるほど、排気の還流量の低減量を大きくする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記電力出力装置によって車両外部へ電力を出力する場合には、前記還流装置の作動を停止させる、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記電力出力装置によって車両外部へ電力を出力する場合であって、前記内燃機関の回転速度の変動幅が閾値以上となるときには、前記還流装置の作動を停止させる、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記電力出力装置によって車両外部へ電力を出力する場合であって、前記内燃機関の排気通路の空燃比の変動幅が閾値以上となるときには、前記還流装置を停止させる、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 車両の制御方法であって、
前記車両は、
内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関を用いて発電された電力を、車両外部へ出力するように構成された電力出力装置とを含み、
前記内燃機関は、前記内燃機関の排気を吸気側に還流するための還流装置を含み、
前記制御方法は、
前記電力出力装置による車両外部への電力の出力が要求されているか否かを判定するステップと、
前記内燃機関の負荷に応じて前記還流装置による排気の還流量を設定するステップと、
前記電力出力装置によって車両外部へ電力を出力する場合には、前記電力出力装置によって車両外部へ電力を出力しない場合に比べて、同一の負荷に対して設定される排気の還流量を制限するステップとを備える、車両の制御方法。
