筒内に燃料を噴射する筒内用燃料噴射弁と吸気ポートに燃料を噴射するポート用燃料噴射弁と排気系に設けられた浄化触媒とを備える内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の排気を前記内燃機関の吸気系へ再循環させる排気再循環を行なう排気再循環装置と、を備える内燃機関装置を制御する内燃機関装置の制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関の燃料噴射における前記浄化触媒の温度を調整するための燃料増量を伴わずに前記内燃機関を運転するとき、前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射を停止して前記筒内用燃料噴射弁から燃料を噴射する際に空燃比を理論空燃比に近づけるための燃料噴射量を学習する筒内燃料噴射時空燃比学習が完了しているときには少なくとも前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射と前記排気再循環装置による排気再循環とを伴って前記内燃機関が運転されるよう前記内燃機関装置を制御し、前記筒内燃料噴射時空燃比学習が完了していないときには前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射と前記排気再循環装置による排気再循環とを停止して前記筒内用燃料噴射弁による燃料噴射を伴って前記内燃機関が運転されるよう前記内燃機関装置を制御すると共に前記筒内燃料噴射時空燃比学習を行なう燃料非増量時制御手段と、
前記燃料増量を伴って前記内燃機関を運転するときには、前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射と前記排気再循環装置による排気再循環とを停止して前記筒内燃料噴射時空燃比学習により得られた学習値を用いた燃料噴射量での前記筒内用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射を伴って前記内燃機関が運転されるよう前記内燃機関装置を制御する燃料増量時制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
筒内に燃料を噴射する筒内用燃料噴射弁と吸気ポートに燃料を噴射するポート用燃料噴射弁と排気系に設けられた浄化触媒とを備える内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の排気を前記内燃機関の吸気系へ再循環させる排気再循環を行なう排気再循環装置と、を備え、前記内燃機関の出力軸から車軸に連結された駆動軸に動力を出力する内燃機関装置と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力する電動機と、
前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能なバッテリと、
前記内燃機関装置を制御する上述したいずれかの態様の本発明の制御装置、即ち、基本的には、筒内に燃料を噴射する筒内用燃料噴射弁と吸気ポートに燃料を噴射するポート用燃料噴射弁と排気系に設けられた浄化触媒とを備える内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の排気を前記内燃機関の吸気系へ再循環させる排気再循環を行なう排気再循環装置と、を備える内燃機関装置を制御する内燃機関装置の制御装置であって、前記内燃機関の燃料噴射における前記浄化触媒の温度を調整するための燃料増量を伴わずに前記内燃機関を運転するとき、前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射を停止して前記筒内用燃料噴射弁から燃料を噴射する際に空燃比を理論空燃比に近づけるための燃料噴射量の補正値を学習する筒内燃料噴射時空燃比学習が完了しているときには少なくとも前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射と前記排気再循環装置による排気再循環とを伴って前記内燃機関が運転されるよう前記内燃機関装置を制御し、前記筒内燃料噴射時空燃比学習が完了していないときには前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射と前記排気再循環装置による排気再循環とを停止して前記筒内用燃料噴射弁による燃料噴射を伴って前記内燃機関が運転されるよう前記内燃機関装置を制御すると共に前記筒内燃料噴射時空燃比学習を行なう燃料非増量時制御手段と、前記燃料増量を伴って前記内燃機関を運転するときには、前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射と前記排気再循環装置による排気再循環とを停止して前記筒内燃料噴射時空燃比学習により学習された補正値を用いた燃料噴射量での前記筒内用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射を伴って前記内燃機関が運転されるよう前記内燃機関装置を制御する燃料増量時制御手段と、制御装置と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
運転制御するモータ運転モードなどがある。なお、トルク変換運転モードと充放電運転モードとは、いずれもエンジン22の運転を伴って要求動力がリングギヤ軸32aに出力されるようエンジン22とモータMG1とモータMG2とを制御するモードであり、実質的な制御における差異はないため、以下、両者を合わせてエンジン運転モードという。
Claims (4)
- 筒内に燃料を噴射する筒内用燃料噴射弁と吸気ポートに燃料を噴射するポート用燃料噴射弁と排気系に設けられた浄化触媒とを備える内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の排気を前記内燃機関の吸気系へ再循環させる排気再循環を行なう排気再循環装置と、を備える内燃機関装置を制御する内燃機関装置の制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関の燃料噴射における前記浄化触媒の温度を調整するための燃料増量を伴わずに前記内燃機関を運転するとき、前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射を停止して前記筒内用燃料噴射弁から燃料を噴射する際に空燃比を理論空燃比に近づけるための燃料噴射量を学習する筒内燃料噴射時空燃比学習が完了しているときには少なくとも前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射と前記排気再循環装置による排気再循環とを伴って前記内燃機関が運転されるよう前記内燃機関装置を制御し、前記筒内燃料噴射時空燃比学習が完了していないときには前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射と前記排気再循環装置による排気再循環とを停止して前記筒内用燃料噴射弁による燃料噴射を伴って前記内燃機関が運転されるよう前記内燃機関装置を制御すると共に前記筒内燃料噴射時空燃比学習を行なう燃料非増量時制御手段と、
前記燃料増量を伴って前記内燃機関を運転するときには、前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射と前記排気再循環装置による排気再循環とを停止して前記筒内燃料噴射時空燃比学習により得られた学習値を用いた燃料噴射量での前記筒内用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射を伴って前記内燃機関が運転されるよう前記内燃機関装置を制御する燃料増量時制御手段と、
を備える内燃機関装置の制御装置 - 筒内に燃料を噴射する筒内用燃料噴射弁と吸気ポートに燃料を噴射するポート用燃料噴射弁と排気系に設けられた浄化触媒とを備える内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の排気を前記内燃機関の吸気系へ再循環させる排気再循環を行なう排気再循環装置と、を備え、前記内燃機関の出力軸から車軸に連結された駆動軸に動力を出力する内燃機関装置と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力する電動機と、
前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能なバッテリと、
前記内燃機関装置を制御する請求項1に記載の制御装置と、
を備えるハイブリッド車。 - 請求項2記載のハイブリッド車であって、
イグニッションがオンされて最初に前記内燃機関を始動して運転を開始してから前記内燃機関を停止するまでの期間内に、前記筒内燃料噴射時空燃比学習が完了しているときには少なくとも前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射と前記排気再循環装置による排気再循環とを伴って前記内燃機関が運転されるよう前記内燃機関装置を制御し、前記筒内燃料噴射時空燃比学習が完了していないときには前記ポート用燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射と前記排気再循環装置による排気再循環とを停止して前記筒内用燃料噴射弁による燃料噴射を伴って前記内燃機関が運転されるよう前記内燃機関装置を制御すると共に前記筒内燃料噴射時空燃比学習を行なう始動後制御手段
を備えるハイブリッド車。 - 請求項2または3記載のハイブリッド車であって、
動力を入出力する発電機と、
前記駆動軸と前記内燃機関装置の出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸との3軸に3つの回転要素が接続された遊星歯車機構と、
を備えるハイブリッド車。
