Claims (10)
- 焼結金属製の軸受スリーブと、軸受スリーブの内周に挿入された軸部、および軸部の一端から径方向外側に張り出したハブ部を有する回転体とを備え、回転体の回転に伴って、軸受スリーブの内周面とこれに対向する軸部の外周面との間に前記回転体をラジアル方向に非接触支持するラジアル軸受部のラジアル軸受隙間が形成されると共に、軸受スリーブの一端面とこれに対向するハブ部の端面との間に前記回転体をスラスト一方向に非接触支持するスラスト軸受部のスラスト軸受隙間が形成される流体動圧軸受装置において、
軸受スリーブの少なくとも外周面に封孔処理が施され、軸受スリーブの一端外周面で潤滑油の油面を保持したシール隙間が形成され、かつ軸受スリーブの他端外周に有底筒状の蓋部材が固定されていることを特徴とする流体動圧軸受装置。 - 前記封孔処理が、軸受スリーブの表面開孔に充填した封孔材を硬化させる処理である請求項1に記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
- 前記回転体が、軸受スリーブと蓋部材の間に配置されたフランジ部を有し、
軸受スリーブの他端面とこれに対向するフランジ部の端面との間に、前記回転体をスラスト他方向に非接触支持するスラスト軸受部のスラスト軸受隙間が形成される請求項1又は2に記載の流体動圧軸受装置。 - 軸受スリーブの一端面および他端面に開口した軸方向の貫通孔を有する請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
- 蓋部材が、軸受スリーブの他端面と軸方向で係合する段部を有する請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
- 蓋部材が軸受スリーブに対して接着固定されている請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
- 蓋部材が、金属のプレス加工品である請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
- 軸受スリーブの内周面に動圧発生部が設けられた請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
- 軸受スリーブの両端面のうち、少なくとも一端面に動圧発生部が設けられた請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載された流体動圧軸受装置を備えるモータ。
