Abstract
【解決手段】木酢液から得られるグアヤコールをリンの化合物とエステル化したグアヤコールリン酸エステルを難燃化合物と、ポリブチレンテレフタレートとを有する難燃組成物であって、前記難燃化合物と前記ポリブチレンテレフタレートとの合計の重量を100重量%とした場合、前記難燃化合物の含有量が、12〜15重量%である難燃組成物。

前記難燃化合物と前記ポリブチレンテレフタレートとの合計の重量を100重量%とした場合、前記難燃化合物の含有量が、12重量%以上15重量%以下であることを特徴とする難燃組成物を提供する。

3LのセパラブルフラスコにMgSO4で脱水処理ずみのグアヤコール(470.8g、3.72mol)とオキシ塩化リン(190.0g、1.23mol)を測りとり、窒素下で、メカニカルスターターにより撹拌した。
実施例および比較例で使用したポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)は、ペレットの状態で120℃、8時間以上の条件で熱風乾燥させた。

- 前記R1乃至R3は、炭素原子数1以上8以下のアルキル基である請求項1に記載の難燃組成物。
- 前記R1乃至R3は、炭素原子数1以上4以下のアルキル基である請求項1または2に記載の難燃組成物。
- 前記R1乃至R3は、いずれもメチル基である請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の難燃組成物。
- 前記ポリブチレンテレフタレートの重合度は、100以上である請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の難燃組成物。
- 前記ポリブチレンテレフタレートは回収された樹脂である請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の難燃組成物。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の難燃組成物が成形されてなることを特徴とする成形体。
- UL94規格におけるV試験が、V−2以上である請求項7に記載の成形体。
