Claims (7)
- 2層の硬綿層の間に不織シートを介在させて全体を一体化させる軽量フェルト材であって、両硬綿層では、繊度1.1デシテックス以下である極細繊維20〜80%、嵩高性を付与する中空繊維10〜60%、全体の熱処理時に溶融する低融点繊維10〜60%が混綿されており、不織シートにおける繊維径が2〜20μm、目付が20〜100g/m2である内装材用などの軽量フェルト材。
- 2層の硬綿層の間に不織シートを介在させて熱圧着で全体を一体化させる嵩高の軽量フェルト材であって、両硬綿層では、繊度1.1デシテックス以下である極細繊維20〜80%、嵩高性を付与する中空繊維10〜30%、全体の熱処理時に溶融する低融点繊維10〜60%が混綿されており、不織シートにおける繊維径が2〜20μm、目付が20〜100g/m2である内装材用などの軽量フェルト材。
- 上方の硬綿層と下方の硬綿層との厚みの比が1:1〜1:4である請求項1または2記載の軽量フェルト材。
- 不織シートがメルトブローン法で製造された不織布である請求項1または2記載の軽量フェルト材。
- 硬綿層において、通常繊度の合成繊維の短繊維または反毛をさらに10〜30%含有する請求項1または2記載の軽量フェルト材。
- 走行するコンベアの上に、極細繊維、中空繊維および低融点繊維を絡合した第1ウェブついで不織シートを載置し、さらに極細繊維、中空繊維および低融点繊維を絡合した第2ウェブを載置して3層積層体を形成し、ついで低融点繊維の融点を越える温度で3層積層体を熱処理および加圧により、全体のフェルト化と一体化を同時に達成する軽量フェルト材の製造法。
- 低温時のエンボス処理または表面のブラシ処理で不織シートの両面を毛羽立ちさせることにより、該不織シートと第1および第2ウェブとをいっそう確実に接着する請求項6記載の製造法。
