を含む、連結器。 - 前記第1の部材は、内力付加リングを含み、前記第2の部材は、前記内力付加リングを前記開いた構成と前記複数の閉じた構成との間で動かすために、前記内力付加リングと係合するように構成された外側リングを含む、請求項22に記載の連結器。
- 前記第1および第2の部材は、変形するように構成されかつ前記開いた構成と前記複数の閉じた構成との間で分離される前記U字形部材を対向させることを含む、請求項22に記載の連結器。
- 血管系において流体管の管状セグメントを連結する方法であって、
第1の外周を画定する外側面と管腔を画定する内側面とを有する連結器と、前記連結器の近位端と遠位端との間に配置された連結装置とを用意し、前記連結装置は、離れた構成と、様々な厚さの管状セグメントを固定するための複数の係合構成とを有することと、
前記連結器の前記管腔が、流体管の管腔と流体連通するように、前記流体管の端部を前記連結器と係合させることと、
前記流体管が前記連結装置で押し付けられるように、前記連結装置を前記離れた構成から前記係合構成の1つまで動かすことと、
を含む方法。 - 動かすことには、第1のあご状部の少なくとも1つの歯が、第2のあご状部の少なくとも1つの歯と係合するように、2つのあご状部材を互いに通り過ぎるように移動させることが含まれる、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記連結装置を前記係合構成の1つまで動かすことには、互いに離れて配置された前記連結装置の第1および第2の部材の自由端を互いに向かって回動させることがさらに含まれる、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記連結装置を前記係合構成の1つまで動かすことには、前記第2の部材を前記第1の部材の一連のノッチの少なくとも第1のノッチと係合させることが含まれ、前記連結装置を前記第1の係合構成とは異なる別の係合構成まで動かすことには、前記第2の部材を第2のノッチまたは前記第1のノッチとは別の少なくとも1つのノッチを含む一連のノッチと係合させることが含まれる、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 血管系において管状セグメントを連結するためのキットであって、
開いた構成と複数の閉じた構成とを有する連結装置を含む連結器と、
流入側構成要素の端部を半径方向に拡張させるように構成された組織グラフト拡張器と、
を含むキット。 - 前記流入側構成要素の歪みを軽減するために、前記流入側構成要素と滑り嵌めを形成するように前記連結器の端部と連結するように構成された歪み軽減構造体をさらに含む、請求項29に記載のキット。
- 前記歪み軽減構造体内に配置され、前記流入構成要素のまわりに配置されるように構成されたシリコーンスリーブをさらに含む、請求項30に記載のキット。
- 1つまたは複数の流入側構成要素および/または流出側構成要素をさらに含む、請求項30に記載のキット。
- 血管系において管状セグメントを連結する方法であって、
流入側構成要素の端部を組織グラフト拡張器で半径方向に拡張することと、
連結器の管腔が流入側構成要素の管腔と流体連通するように、前記流入側構成要素の端部を前記連結器と係合させることと、
前記流入側構成要素が連結装置で押し付けられるように、前記連結装置を離れた構成から係合構成まで動かすことと、
を含む方法。 - 前記流入側構成要素の歪みを軽減するために、歪み軽減構造体を前記流入側構成要素のまわりに配置することと、
前記歪み軽減構造体を前記連結器の端部と連結することと、
をさらに含む、請求項33に記載の方法。
