Description
多重の継ぎ目と、前述した継ぎ目の幅及び/または継ぎ目の中断のバリエーションとを組み合わせることも、同様に可能である。
図3は、装置1の第二の実施形態を示し、ソノトロード6sが回転式のソノトロードとして形成され、台座5が回転式の台座として形成されている。図1における装置と同様に本質的に形成される、図3における装置の図は、図の簡略化のために、ソノトロードと台座のみに限定されている。
−PET 19μm: 21.5 N/cm
−PET 50μm: 47.0 N/cm
−超音波溶接(0.5 mm継ぎ目毎):4.1 N/cm
−超音波溶接(1 mm継ぎ目毎):8.5 N/cm
−インパルス溶接または接触溶接(1.6 mm継ぎ目毎):12.8 N/cm
−±0.5 mmの公差で位置合わせされる継ぎ目の形成

Claims (22)
- 転写フィルムまたは積層フィルムの第一及び第二のフィルムウェブ(2、2´)を結合する方法であって、前記フィルムウェブ(2、2´)が、熱可塑性のキャリアフィルム(21)と加飾層(23)とを含み、
共通の結合部(3)が、前記第一及び第二のフィルムウェブ(2、2´)の間に形成され、前記第一及び第二のフィルムウェブ(2、2´)が、溶接プロセスにより、互いに結合されること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 前記共通の結合部が、重ね継ぎ(3)として形成されること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記共通の結合部が、スプライスフィルムによりカバーされる突き合わせ継ぎ手として形成されること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第一及び第二のフィルムウェブ(2、2´)が、超音波溶接により、互いに結合されること、
を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記第一及び第二のフィルムウェブ(2、2´)が、接触溶接により、互いに結合されること、
を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 電気式の加熱エレメント(8h)が、溶接の継ぎ目を形成するために用いられること、
を特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記第一及び第二のフィルムウェブ(2、2´)が、レーザー溶接により、互いに結合されること、
を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - レーザー光に対する吸収層(10)が、前記第一及び第二のフィルムウェブ(2、2´)の下の結合部に配置されること、
を特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - レーザー光を吸収するスプライスフィルムが、吸収層(10)として用いられること、
を特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 - 連続的な溶接の継ぎ目が形成されること、
を特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 非連続的な溶接の継ぎ目が形成されること、
を特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 溶接の継ぎ目が、振動形状で形成されること、
を特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記第一のフィルムウェブ(2)の上に配置されるモチーフ及び/またはレジスターマークが、前記第二のフィルムウェブ(2´)の上に配置されるモチーフ及び/またはレジスターマークと、前記結合部(3)において、±0.5 mmより良い位置公差で位置合わせされて整列するように、前記第一及び第二のフィルムウェブ(2、2´)が、互いに整列すること、
を特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記加飾層(23)が、前記溶接の継ぎ目が形成される前に、前記溶接の継ぎ目の領域において、局所的に除去されること、
を特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 転写フィルムまたは積層フィルムの第一及び第二のフィルムウェブ(2、2´)の融着結合を行う装置(1)であって、前記フィルムウェブ(2、2´)が、熱可塑性のキャリアフィルム(21)と加飾層(23)とを含み、前記加飾層(23)が、複数のモチーフ及び/または複数のレジスターマークを有し、
該装置(1)が、前記第一及び第二のフィルムウェブ(2、2´)に対する支持装置(4、4´)と、前記第一及び第二のフィルムウェブ(2、2´)の結合部(3)の上に配置される、少なくとも一つの溶接ヘッド(6、8、9)とを含み、少なくとも一つの前記支持装置(4、4´)が、調整装置(4j)に固定結合されること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 前記第一のフィルムウェブ(2)の上に配置される前記モチーフ及び/またはレジスターマークが、前記第二のフィルムウェブ(2´)の上に配置される前記モチーフ及び/またはレジスターマークと、前記結合部(3)において、±0.5 mmより良い位置公差で位置合わせされて整列可能であるように、または逆も同様であるように、前記調整装置(4j)が形成されること、
を特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。 - 少なくとも一つの前記溶接ヘッド(2、8、9)が、前記フィルム片(2、2´)の表面に垂直に移動可能であること、
を特徴とする請求項15または16に記載の装置。 - 少なくとも一つの前記溶接ヘッド(2、8、9)が、その長手方向軸まわりに回転可能であること、
を特徴とする請求項15〜17のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 少なくとも一つの前記溶接ヘッド(2、8、9)が、前記フィルム片(2、2´)の表面を横切って、x方向及び/またはy方向に移動可能であること、
を特徴とする請求項15〜18のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 少なくとも一つの前記溶接ヘッドが、超音波溶接ヘッド(2)として形成されること、
