Description
請求項2に記載の発明は、請求項1記載の発明において、前記振動部材は、その自由端側が前記不織布を線接触状に押圧することを要旨とする。
請求項3に記載の発明は、請求項2記載の発明において、前記振動部材は、板状に形成されていることを要旨とする。
請求項4に記載の発明は、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の発明において、前記振動子は、前記振動部材の長手方向に沿って複数設けられていることを要旨とする。
請求項5に記載の発明は、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の発明において、前記移動機構は、前記載置体を備えるコンベアであることを要旨とする。
請求項6に記載の発明は、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の発明において、前記載置体の上方には、前記不織布を送り出すための送りローラが回転可能で且つ昇降可能に設けられていることを要旨とする。
また、前記振動部材が、その自由端側が前記不織布を線接触状に押圧する場合は、振動部材により不織布の幅方向にわたって振動が均等に伝播される。
また、前記振動部材が、板状に形成されている場合は、振動部材の軽量化を図ることで不織布へ振動が効果的に伝播される。
また、前記振動子が、前記振動部材の長手方向に沿って複数設けられている場合は、振動部材により不織布の幅方向にわたって振動が均等に伝播される。
また、前記移動機構が、前記載置体を備えるコンベアである場合は、所定形状に裁断された不織布を容易に移動させることができる。
さらに、前記載置体の上方に、送りローラが回転可能で且つ昇降可能に設けられている場合は、回転駆動される送りローラにより不織布が積極的に送り出される。よって、不織布の移動が遅れたり滑ることにより、圧縮量や振動伝播に差が生じることを抑制できる。すなわち、不織布の内部へ粒子が更に均一に含浸される。
本実施例に係る粒子含浸装置1は、図1に示すように、不織布2を搬送するためのベルトコンベア5と、ベルトコンベア5の上方に配置される周知の粒子散布機6と、を備えている。この粒子含浸装置1は、不織布2の搬送方向Dに沿って複数(図中4つ)配置される振動装置7を備えている。これら各振動装置7は、以下に述べる振動部材8、振動子9、及び昇降機構10を備えている。さらに、粒子含浸装置1は、表面に粒子3が散布された不織布2を載せる載置体12と、載置体12上の不織布2を不織布2の幅方向Wと直交する表面方向(具体的に、搬送方向D)に移動させる移動機構13と、を備えている。
次に、上記構成の粒子含浸装置1の作用について説明する。図1に示すように、コンベア5上の一端側に不織布2が載せられ、コンベア5の周回駆動により不織布2が搬送方向Dに搬送され、その搬送中に粒子散布機6により不織布2の表面に粒子3が散布される。その後、表面に粒子3が散布された不織布2は、コンベア5からコンベア25に移送され、コンベア25の周回駆動により搬送方向Dに搬送され始める。このとき、振動部材8及び送りローラ27のそれぞれは、待機位置B1、B2に位置している。なお、本実施例では、不織布2の搬送方向Dの先端側には、粒子3が散布されず、その先端側は後工程で把持部として使用されるものとする。
本実施例の粒子含浸装置1によると、表面に粒子3が散布された不織布2を載せる載置体12と、載置体12の上方に設けられるとともに、載置体12上に載せられる不織布2の幅方向Wに延びる振動部材8と、振動部材8に超音波振動を印加する振動子9と、振動部材8を昇降させる昇降機構10と、不織布2を不織布2の幅方向Wと直交する表面方向に移動させる移動機構13と、を備える。そして、移動機構13により不織布2が移動されるときに、昇降機構10により振動部材8が下降されて振動部材8で不織布2が押圧されて圧縮されるとともに、振動子9により振動部材8に超音波振動が印加される。これにより、超音波振動する振動部材8が不織布2を押圧して圧縮した状態で、不織布2の表面にわたって振動部材8が摺動することとなる。よって、振動部材8の超音波振動が不織布2の繊維及び粒子3に伝播することで、振動部材8への粒子3の付着が抑制されつつ、不織布2の表面の粒子3が不織布2の内部へ含浸される。さらに、不織布2の圧縮量や振動部材8の接触量を調整することで、不織布2の下面側への振動伝播を抑制して不織布2からの粒子3の落下が抑制される。その結果、不織布2の内部へ粒子3を効果的に含浸させることができる。さらに、設備及び設備スペースの小型化、投資低減、乾燥のランニングコスト低減等が可能となる。
Claims (8)
- 不織布の表面に散布された粒子を該不織布の内部に含浸させる粒子含浸装置であって、
表面に粒子が散布された前記不織布を載せる載置体と、
前記載置体の上方に設けられるとともに、前記載置体上に載せられる前記不織布の幅方向に延びる振動部材と、
前記振動部材に超音波振動を印加する振動子と、
前記振動部材を昇降させる昇降機構と、
前記不織布及び前記振動部材を前記不織布の幅方向と直交する表面方向に相対移動させる移動機構と、を備え、
前記載置体の上方には、前記不織布を送り出すための送りローラが回転可能で且つ昇降可能に設けられており、
前記移動機構により前記不織布及び前記振動部材が相対移動されるときに、前記昇降機構により前記振動部材が下降されて該振動部材で前記不織布が押圧されて圧縮されるとともに、前記振動子により前記振動部材に超音波振動が印加されることを特徴とする粒子含浸装置。 - 不織布の表面に散布された粒子を該不織布の内部に含浸させる粒子含浸装置であって、
表面に粒子が散布された前記不織布を載せる載置体と、
前記載置体の上方に設けられるとともに、前記載置体上に載せられる前記不織布の幅方向に延びる振動部材と、
前記振動部材に超音波振動を印加する振動子と、
前記振動部材を昇降させる昇降機構と、
前記不織布及び前記振動部材を前記不織布の幅方向と直交する表面方向に相対移動させる移動機構と、を備え、
前記移動機構により前記不織布及び前記振動部材が相対移動されるときに、前記昇降機構により前記振動部材が下降されて該振動部材で前記不織布は厚さが40〜80%となるように押圧されて圧縮されるとともに、前記振動子により前記振動部材に超音波振動が印加されることを特徴とする粒子含浸装置。 - 不織布の表面に散布された粒子を該不織布の内部に含浸させる粒子含浸装置であって、
表面に粒子が散布された前記不織布を載せる載置体と、
前記載置体の上方に設けられるとともに、前記載置体上に載せられる前記不織布の幅方向に延びる振動部材と、
前記振動部材に超音波振動を印加する振動子と、
前記振動部材を昇降させる昇降機構と、
前記不織布及び前記振動部材を前記不織布の幅方向と直交する表面方向に相対移動させる移動機構と、を備え、
前記移動機構により前記不織布及び前記振動部材が相対移動されるときに、前記昇降機構により前記振動部材が下降されて該振動部材で前記不織布が押圧されて圧縮されるとともに、前記振動子により前記振動部材に超音波振動が印加され、
前記昇降機構によって前記振動部材による前記不織布の圧縮量を調整可能としたことを特徴とする粒子含浸装置。 - 前記振動部材は、その自由端側が前記不織布を線接触状に押圧する請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の粒子含浸装置。
- 前記振動部材は、板状に形成されている請求項4記載の粒子含浸装置。
- 前記振動子は、前記載置体上に載せられた前記不織布の幅方向に沿って複数設けられている請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の粒子含浸装置。
- 前記移動機構は、前記載置体を備えるコンベアである請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の粒子含浸装置。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の粒子含浸装置を用いて、前記不織布の内部に前記粒子が含浸された粒子含浸不織布を得ることを特徴とする粒子含浸不織布の製造方法。
