Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る熱交換器アッセンブリでは、少なくとも1つの伝熱媒体通流管体50,52が、外側のハウジング部分14の外側周壁18の、外側底壁20から離れた軸方向の端部領域44に設けられているようにした。

Claims (16)
- 熱交換器アッセンブリ、特に車両ヒータ装置用の熱交換器アッセンブリであって、
ハウジング長手方向軸線(L)の方向で延在するカップ状の熱交換器ハウジング(12)を備え、
該熱交換器ハウジング(12)は、外壁(18,20)及び内壁(22,24)を有し、前記外壁(18,20)と前記内壁(22,24)との間に、伝熱媒体流動室が形成されており、前記外壁(18,20)に、前記伝熱媒体流動室に向かって開放された少なくとも1つの伝熱媒体通流管体(50,52)が設けられ、前記熱交換器ハウジング(12)に、該熱交換器ハウジング(12)の、前記内壁(22,24)によって囲繞される内室(26)に向かって開放された排ガス通流管体(30)が設けられており、前記熱交換器ハウジング(12)は、外側周壁(18)及び外側底壁(20)を有する外側のハウジング部分(14)と、内側周壁(22)及び内側底壁(24)を有する内側のハウジング部分(16)とを有する熱交換器アッセンブリにおいて、
少なくとも1つの伝熱媒体通流管体(50,52)は、前記外側のハウジング部分(14)の外側周壁(18)の、前記外側底壁(20)から離れた軸方向の端部領域(44)に設けられていることを特徴とする、熱交換器アッセンブリ、特に車両ヒータ装置用の熱交換器アッセンブリ。 - 前記外側周壁(18)に2つの伝熱媒体通流管体(50,52)が、前記外側周壁(18)の略同じ軸方向の領域において、互いに周方向に間隔を置いて設けられている、請求項1記載の熱交換器アッセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの伝熱媒体通流管体(50,52)と、前記排ガス通流管体(30)とは、前記熱交換器ハウジング(12)の略同じ軸方向の領域において、互いに周方向に間隔を置いて設けられている、請求項1又は2記載の熱交換器アッセンブリ。
- 前記外側周壁(18)の第1の周方向領域(40)において、前記外側底壁(20)から比較的大きな延在長さを有して前記外側周壁(18)が形成され、かつ前記外側周壁(18)の第2の周方向領域(42)において、前記外側底壁(20)から比較的小さな延在長さを有して前記外側周壁(18)が形成されており、前記少なくとも1つの伝熱媒体通流管体(50,52)は、前記第1の周方向領域(40)の領域に設けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の熱交換器アッセンブリ。
- 前記外側周壁(18)は、前記外側底壁(20)から離れて位置する軸方向の端部領域(44)において、前記ハウジング長手方向軸線(L)に関して斜めに終端している、請求項4記載の熱交換器アッセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの伝熱媒体通流管体(50,52)は、略完全に、前記外側周壁(18)の、軸方向で前記外側周壁(18)の前記第2の周方向領域(42)を越えて突出する領域において、前記第1の周方向領域(40)に設けられている、請求項4又は5記載の熱交換器アッセンブリ。
- 前記内側のハウジング部分(16)の内側周壁(22)に、前記伝熱媒体流動室を軸方向で画成する端面(34)が設けられており、該端面(34)は、前記内側周壁(22)の第1の周方向領域(36)において、前記内側底壁(24)から比較的大きな軸方向の間隔を有し、かつ前記内側周壁(22)の第2の周方向領域(38)において、前記内側底壁(24)から比較的小さな軸方向の間隔を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の熱交換器アッセンブリ。
- 前記端面(34)は、前記ハウジング長手方向軸線(L)に関して斜めに配置されている、請求項7記載の熱交換器アッセンブリ。
- 前記外側のハウジング部分(14)は、前記端面(34)の領域で前記内側のハウジング部分(16)に結合されている、請求項7又は8記載の熱交換器アッセンブリ。
- 前記排ガス通流管体(30)は、前記内側周壁(22)に、該内側周壁(22)の第2の周方向領域(38)の領域において設けられている、請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載の熱交換器アッセンブリ。
- 前記内側周壁(22)は、前記端面(34)を形成するために、好ましくは段状の肉厚化部を有している、請求項7から10までのいずれか1項記載の熱交換器アッセンブリ。
- 前記内側周壁(22)は、前記内側底壁(24)から離れた軸方向の端部領域(28)において、前記ハウジング長手方向軸線(L)に対して略直交する平面で終端する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の熱交換器アッセンブリ。
- 前記伝熱媒体流動室は、半径方向外側では実質的に前記外側のハウジング部分(14)の外側周壁(18)のみにより画成されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の熱交換器アッセンブリ。
- 前記外側のハウジング部分(14)は、前記少なくとも1つの伝熱媒体通流管体(50,52)と一体的に形成されているかつ/又は前記内側のハウジング部分(16)は、前記排ガス通流管体(30)と一体的に形成されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の熱交換器アッセンブリ。
- 前記外側のハウジング部分(14)は、プラスチック射出成形部品として形成されているかつ/又は前記内側のハウジング部分(16)は、金属ダイカスト部品として形成されている、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の熱交換器アッセンブリ。
- 燃料及び燃焼空気を供給すべきバーナ領域と、
請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載の熱交換器アッセンブリ(10)と、
を備える車両ヒータ装置。
