Claims (5)

  1. 集電体と、前記集電体上に設けられた活物質層と、を有し、
    前記活物質層は、活物質と、グラフェンと、結着剤とを含み、
    前記活物質の表面に炭素層を有し、
    前記活物質層における前記グラフェンの配合比は、0.1wt%以上1.0wt%以下であり、
    放電レートを1Cとしたときに、放電容量の最大値が140mAh/g以上であり、かつ、測定した放電容量(mAh/g)の区間のうち60%以上の区間で放電曲線がプラトーであることを特徴とする二次電池用正極。
  2. 請求項1において、直径6mmの円筒を用いた巻き付け試験において、前記集電体と前記活物質層とが剥離しないことを特徴とする二次電池用正極。
  3. 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の二次電池用正極を備えた二次電池。
  4. 請求項3に記載の二次電池を搭載した電子機器。
  5. 活物質の表面に炭素層を被覆し、
    前記炭素層を被覆した活物質と、酸化グラフェンと、結着剤とを、前記酸化グラフェンの配合比が0.2wt%以上1.0wt%以下として混練することで混合物を形成し、
    前記混合物を集電体上に配置し、
    前記酸化グラフェンを還元して、グラフェンを含む活物質層を形成し、
    放電レートを1Cとしたときに、放電容量の最大値が140mAh/g以上であり、かつ、測定した放電容量(mAh/g)の区間のうち60%以上の区間で放電曲線がプラトーであることを特徴とする二次電池用正極の製造方法。
