Claims (3)

  1. 集電体及び活物質層を有する電極であって、
    前記活物質層は、活物質、グラフェン、及びポリイミドを有し、
    前記活物質は、シリコン粒子を核として、一軸方向に細長く針状に伸びたナノワイヤーを複数有し、
    前記グラフェンは、前記複数のナノワイヤーと接する領域を有し、
    前記ポリイミドは、前記グラフェンと接する領域を有するリチウムイオン二次電池用電極。
  2. 正極及び負極を少なくとも有するリチウムイオン二次電池であって、
    前記負極は、負極集電体及び負極活物質層を有し、
    前記負極活物質層は、負極活物質、第1のグラフェン、及びポリイミドを有し、
    前記負極活物質は、シリコン粒子を核として、一軸方向に細長く針状に伸びたナノワイヤーを複数有し、
    前記第1のグラフェンは、前記複数のナノワイヤーと接する領域を有し、
    前記ポリイミドは、前記第1のグラフェンと接する領域を有し、
    前記正極は、正極集電体及び正極活物質層を有し、
    前記正極活物質層は、正極活物質、第2のグラフェン、及びポリフッ化ビニリデンを有し、
    前記第2のグラフェンは、前記正極活物質と接する領域を有する、リチウムイオン二次電池。
  3. シリコン粒子と、酸化グラフェンとを混合し、
    前記シリコン粒子及び前記酸化グラフェンの混合物に、ポリイミドの前駆体及び極性溶媒を含む混合液を混合して、スラリーを形成し、
    前記スラリーを集電体上に塗布した後に、焼成することにより、
    前記シリコン粒子を核として、一軸方向に細長く針状に伸びたナノワイヤーを形成し、前記酸化グラフェンを還元してグラフェンを形成し、かつ前記ポリイミドの前駆体をイミド化してポリイミドを形成し、
    前記ポリイミドの前駆体及び極性溶媒を含む混合液のpHは、2以上4以下である
    リチウムイオン二次電池用電極の作製方法。
