Abstract
【解決手段】集電体及び活物質層を有する電極であって、活物質層は、活物質、グラフェン、及びポリイミドを有し、活物質は、シリコン粒子を核として、一軸方向に細長く針状に伸びたナノワイヤーを複数有し、グラフェンは、複数のナノワイヤーと接する領域を有し、ポリイミドは、グラフェンと接する領域を有するリチウムイオン二次電池用電極である。また、当該電極を負極として用いたリチウムイオン二次電池である。

本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様に係るリチウムイオン二次電池用電極の作製方法について、図1を参照して説明する。

Claims (7)
- 集電体及び活物質層を有する電極であって、
前記活物質層は、活物質、グラフェン、及びポリイミドを有し、
前記活物質は、シリコン粒子を核として、一軸方向に細長く針状に伸びたナノワイヤーを複数有し、
前記グラフェンは、前記複数のナノワイヤーと接する領域を有し、
前記ポリイミドは、前記グラフェンと接する領域を有するリチウムイオン二次電池用電極。 - 請求項1において、
前記集電体は、ステンレス、鉄、銅、チタン、又はニッケルを有するリチウムイオン二次電池用電極。 - 正極及び負極を少なくとも有するリチウムイオン二次電池であって、
前記負極は、負極集電体及び負極活物質層を有し、
前記負極活物質層は、負極活物質、第1のグラフェン、及びポリイミドを有し、
前記負極活物質は、シリコン粒子を核として、一軸方向に細長く針状に伸びたナノワイヤーを複数有し、
前記第1のグラフェンは、前記複数のナノワイヤーと接する領域を有し、
前記ポリイミドは、前記第1のグラフェンと接する領域を有し、
前記正極は、正極集電体及び正極活物質層を有し、
前記正極活物質層は、正極活物質、第2のグラフェン、及びポリフッ化ビニリデンを有し、
前記第2のグラフェンは、前記正極活物質と接する領域を有する、リチウムイオン二次電池。 - 請求項3において、
前記負極集電体は、ステンレス、鉄、銅、チタン、又はニッケルを有するリチウムイオン二次電池。 - シリコン粒子と、酸化グラフェンとを混合し、
前記シリコン粒子及び前記酸化グラフェンの混合物に、ポリイミドの前駆体及び極性溶媒を含む混合液を混合して、スラリーを形成し、
前記スラリーを集電体上に塗布した後に、焼成することにより、
前記シリコン粒子を核として、一軸方向に細長く針状に伸びたナノワイヤーを形成し、前記酸化グラフェンを還元してグラフェンを形成し、かつ前記ポリイミドの前駆体をイミド化してポリイミドを形成する、
リチウムイオン二次電池用電極の作製方法。 - 請求項5において、
前記シリコン粒子の平均粒径は、10nm以上1μm以下であるリチウムイオン二次電池用電極の作製方法。 - 請求項5又は6において、
前記ポリイミの前駆体及び極性溶媒を含む混合液のpHは、2以上4以下であるリチウムイオン二次電池用電極の作製方法。
