Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る蓄電素子は、シート状の正極及び負極がセパレータを間に挟んで巻回された電極体を備え、該電極体は、対向する第1及び第2の平坦部と、該第1及び第2の平坦部の端部同士を接続する第1及び第2の湾曲部とを有する扁平状であり、正極及び負極のいずれか一方の電極は、他方の電極の内周側端部を覆って電極体の最内周に配置され、該一方の電極の内周側端部の先端縁は、湾曲部のうち、該湾曲部の折り返し点を超えた箇所に位置している。

シート状の正極及び負極がセパレータを間に挟んで巻回された電極体を備え、
該電極体は、対向する第1及び第2の平坦部と、該第1及び第2の平坦部の端部同士を接続する第1及び第2の湾曲部とを有する扁平状であり、
前記正極及び前記負極のいずれか一方の電極は、他方の電極の内周側端部を覆って前記電極体の最内周に配置され、
該一方の電極の内周側端部の先端縁は、前記湾曲部のうち、該湾曲部の折り返し点を超えた箇所に位置している。
Claims (7)
- シート状の正極及び負極がセパレータを間に挟んで巻回された電極体を備え、
該電極体は、対向する第1及び第2の平坦部と、該第1及び第2の平坦部の端部同士を接続する第1及び第2の湾曲部とを有する扁平状であり、
前記正極及び前記負極のいずれか一方の電極は、他方の電極の内周側端部を覆って前記電極体の最内周に配置され、
該一方の電極の内周側端部の先端縁は、前記湾曲部のうち、該湾曲部の折り返し点を超えた箇所に位置している
蓄電素子。 - 前記湾曲部は、曲率半径が0.1mm以上の円弧状である請求項1に記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記他方の電極の前記内周側端部の先端縁は、前記平坦部に位置している請求項1又は請求項2に記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記一方の電極は、前記他方の電極の側端から前記電極体の巻回中心に沿った方向に巻回状に突出した突出部と、該突出部のうち、前記一方の電極の前記内周側端部から離間した箇所を束ねて形成された拘束部とを有し、
該拘束部に接続される集電体をさらに備える
請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記拘束部は、前記電極体の前記巻回中心を挟んで前記突出部の一方側における第1の拘束部と、他方側における第2の拘束部とを含む請求項4に記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記拘束部は、前記平坦部のうち、前記一方の電極の前記内周側端部の前記先端縁が位置している前記湾曲部とは反対側の湾曲部に偏った位置に形成されている請求項4又は請求項5に記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記一方の電極は、負極であり、前記他方の電極は、正極である請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。
