Claims (5)
- 正極シートと負極シートがセパレータを挟んで捲回されている捲回電極体であって捲回軸線方向の一方の端に正極集電部が形成されており他方の端に負極集電部が形成されている捲回電極体と、
有底筒状のケース本体であって前記捲回軸線が底面と直交する向きで前記捲回電極体を収容しているケース本体と、
前記ケース本体の上部開口を塞ぐケースカバーと、
前記ケースカバーに固定されており、一端が前記ケース本体の外部に露出しているとともに、他端がケース本体の内部で前記捲回電極体の上側に位置する集電部に接続されている第1電極端子と、
前記ケースカバーに固定されており、一端が前記ケース本体の外部に露出しているとともに、他端が前記捲回電極体の下側に位置する集電部に接続されている第2電極端子と、
を備えており、
前記捲回電極体が、前記第1電極端子と前記第2電極端子によって支持されており、
前記第2電極端子は、前記捲回電極体に沿って前記ケース本体の底面へ向かって延びている垂直支持板と、前記底面に対して平行に拡がっているとともに前記垂直支持板の下端に連結されている水平支持板と、を備えており、
前記捲回電極体の下側に位置する集電部において、前記正極シートと前記負極シートのいずれか一方のシートの縁が露出しており、前記一方のシートの縁が、捲回ピッチ毎に独立して、かつ、捲回方向で離散的に複数の箇所で、前記水平支持板に接合されていることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記垂直支持板は前記捲回電極体の内部に挿通されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 一対の前記垂直支持板が、前記捲回電極体を両側から挟み込むように前記ケース本体の底面へ向かって延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記捲回電極体は、前記捲回軸線方向からみて、前記正極シートと前記負極シートと前記セパレータが直線状に延びている部分と湾曲している部分を有する扁平に捲回されており、前記水平支持板は、前記捲回軸線方向からみて、前記捲回電極体の扁平の長軸を境界として、前記直線状に延びている部分の片側のみに連結されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ケース本体及び前記ケースカバーが絶縁体で作られている、又は、前記ケース本体及び前記ケースカバーが前記捲回電極体から絶縁されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
