上記実施形態では、封口板62の内側空間において、複数の正極集電タブ20に、2つの屈曲部100、110を設けたが、図7に示すように、複数の正極集電タブ20に、1つの屈曲部100を設けただけでもよい。ここで、図7は、封口板62の短手方向に沿った正極集電部材30A近傍の部分断面図である。

Claims (5)
- 正極板及び負極板を備えた電極体と、
開口部を有し、前記電極体を収容した電池ケースと、
前記開口部を封口する封口板と、
前記封口板の外側に設けられた外部端子と、
前記封口板の内側に設けられ、前記外部端子と接続した状態で、前記封口板に固定された引出端子と、
前記封口板の内側に配置され、前記引出端子に接続された集電部材と、
前記電極体の前記封口板側端部において、前記正極板及び前記負極板にそれぞれ接続された複数の集電タブと、
を備えた二次電池であって、
前記複数の集電タブは、前記集電部材に接続されており、
前記電極体は、前記複数の集電タブが、前記封口板の内側空間において、屈曲した状態で、前記電池ケース内に収容されている、二次電池。 - 前記複数の集電タブは、前記封口板の内側空間において、2つの屈曲部を有している、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記複数の集電タブは、前記封口板の内側空間において、前記封口板側に形成された第1の屈曲部と、前記電極体側に形成された第2の屈曲部とを有し、
前記第2の屈曲部の最内層における屈曲点は、前記第1の屈曲部の最内層における屈曲点に対して、前記第1の屈曲部の最外層における屈曲点と反対側にある、請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第2の屈曲部の最内層における屈曲点と、前記第1の屈曲部の最内層における屈曲点との前記封口板と平行な方向の距離をW1、前記電極体の前記封口板と平行な方向の幅をW2としたとき、W1<1/2W2の関係を満たしている、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2の屈曲部の最内層における屈曲点と、前記第1の屈曲部の最内層における屈曲点との前記封口板と平行な方向の距離をW1、前記電極体の前記封口板側端部と、前記封口板の内側面との距離をLとしたとき、W1<Lの関係を満たしている、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
