Claims (5)
- 極板及びセパレータが巻回軸周りに巻回されて形成された電極体と、前記電極体と接合される集電体とを備える蓄電素子であって、
巻回された前記極板及び前記セパレータの最内周は、前記巻回軸の方向から見た場合、第一方向において対向する一対の湾曲部を有する扁平な形状であり、
前記電極体は、前記集電体と接合される部分である接合部を有し、
前記極板の前記最内周側の端縁は、前記第一方向において、前記接合部と前記一対の湾曲部のうちの一方の湾曲部との間に配置されている
蓄電素子。 - さらに、電極端子を備え、
前記集電体は、前記電極端子と接続される端子接続部と、前記端子接続部から延設され、前記電極体の前記接合部と接合される脚部とを有し、
前記極板の前記最内周側の端縁は、前記第一方向において、前記接合部と、前記一対の湾曲部のうちの、前記端子接続部側の湾曲部との間に配置されている
請求項1記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記極板の、前記接合部において前記集電体と接合された部分から前記端縁までの前記第一方向における距離である突出距離は2mm以上である
請求項2記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記電極体は、前記極板である負極板と、正極板とがセパレータを介して巻回されて形成されており、
前記正極板の最内周の端縁は、前記第一方向において接合部の範囲内に位置する、
請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 極板及びセパレータが巻回軸周りに巻回されて形成された電極体と、前記電極体と接合された集電体とを備える蓄電素子の製造方法であって、
前記極板及び前記セパレータを巻回する巻回工程と、
巻回された前記極板及び前記セパレータにおける最内周側の、前記極板の端部を、治具によって最内周側から押さえながら、前記電極体と集電体とを接合する接合工程を含む
蓄電素子の製造方法。
