Abstract
Description
‐ 平坦な布構造体が40から140g/m2の単位面積当たりの重量を示し、
‐ パイル層が主に炭素繊維で構成されていて、
‐ 平坦な布構造体内の炭素繊維が単位面積当たりの重量の60から97%を占め、
‐ 強化グリッドが、2.5から12.5g/m2の単位面積当たりの比例重量を示し、且つ、
‐ 平坦な布構造体が固められていることを特徴としている。
a)所望の単位面積当たりの重量を有するパイル層(2)を形成するステップと、
b)必要に応じて追加のパイル層(2)を形成して、ステップa)において形成されたパイル層に適用するステップと、
c)ステップa)において形成されたパイル層に、又は必要に応じて、ステップa)及びb)で形成されたパイル層の積層体に強化グリッド(3)を提供するステップと、
d)ステップc)において形成された強化グリッド(3)の上に少なくとも一つの追加のパイル層(2)を適用するステップと、
e)ステップa)からd)において積層されたプライを例えばニードリングによって固めるステップと、
f)ステップe)において形成された平坦構造(1)を例えばローラーでまとめるステップとを含む。

Claims (17)
- 強化グリッド(3)と、前記強化グリッド(3)の少なくとも一つの表面の上に平坦に配置された少なくとも一つのパイル層(2)とを含む平坦な布構造体(1)であって、
前記平坦な布構造体(1)が40から140g/m2の単位面積当たりの重量を有し、
前記パイル層(2)が主に炭素繊維で構成されていて、
前記平坦な布構造体(1)内の炭素繊維が単位面積当たりの重量の60から97%を占め、
前記強化グリッド(3)が2.5から12.5g/m2の単位面積当たりの比例的重量を有し、且つ、
前記平坦な布構造体(1)が固められていることを特徴とする平坦な布構造体(1)。 - 前記平坦な布構造体(1)が80から110g/m2の単位面積当たりの重量を有し、
前記平坦な布構造体(1)内の炭素繊維が単位面積当たりの重量の65から84%を占め、
前記強化グリッド(3)が3から10g/m2の単位面積当たりの比例的重量を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平坦な布構造体(1)。 - 前記強化グリッド(3)が前記平坦な布構造体(1)の外側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の平坦な布構造体(1)。
- 前記強化グリッド(3)が二つの連続するパイル層の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の平坦な布構造体(1)。
- 前記強化グリッド(3)の材料がポリエステル及び/又はガラスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の平坦な布構造体(1)。
- 前記強化グリッドのブレース(30)が120から350dtexの太さを有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の平坦な布構造体(1)。
- 前記強化グリッド(3)の交差点が結合剤を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の平坦な布構造体(1)。
- 前記強化グリッド(3)がスクリムとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の平坦な布構造体(1)。
- 前記強化グリッド(3)が、一組の特定の方向に平行な長手方向ブレース(4a)と、前記長手方向ブレース(4a)に対して対角の二組の平行な対角ブレース(4b、4c)とを有し、前記平行な対角ブレースの一方(4b)が前記平行な長手方向ブレース(4a)に対して45°以上で90°以下の角度に配置されていて、前記平行な対角ブレースの他方(4c)が前記平行な長手方向ブレース(4a)に対して−45°以下で−90°以上の角度に配置されていて、前記平行な長手方向ブレース(4a)に対する両方の組の前記平行な対角ブレース(4b、4c)の角度がそれぞれ数値的に等しいことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の平坦な布構造体(1)。
- 前記長手方向ブレース(4a)が互いに5から20mmの間隔とされていて、前記対角ブレース(4b、4c)が互いに7から50mmの間隔とされていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の平坦な布構造体(1)。
- 前記強化グリッド(3)がチェッカーボード構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の平坦な布構造体(1)。
- 平行なブレース(5a)が互いに10から50mmの間隔とされていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の平坦な布構造体(1)。
- 前記パイル層(2)が主にステープルファイバーで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の平坦な布構造体(1)。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の平坦な布構造体(1)を少なくとも二つ平坦に結合したものを含む製品。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の平坦な布構造体(1)を含む部品であって、前記平坦な布構造体(1)がポリマーマトリクスで含浸されていることを特徴とする部品。
- 請求項14に記載の製品を含む部品であって、前記製品がポリマーマトリクスで含浸されていることを特徴とする部品。
- 自動車部品を製造するための請求項15又は16に記載の部品の使用。
