Claims (2)
- FRP製の基体を用いた自動車用内装材を再生原料とし、熱可塑性樹脂の樹脂ペレットをバインダ原料として、
粉砕工程により再生原料及びバインダ原料を10mm大以下に粉砕し、
撹拌混合工程により前記粉砕された再生原料及びバインダ原料を撹拌し、該撹拌された再生原料及びバインダ原料を一体に擦り合わせて混合し、
混合減容工程により前記撹拌混合された再生原料及びバインダ原料を一体に擦り合わせて減容した後、前記混合減容された再生原料及びバインダ原料を一体に押出機に投入し、該再生原料及びバインダ原料を溶融一体化したリサイクル製品を押出成形する自動車用内装材のリサイクル方法であって、
撹拌混合工程は、粉砕された再生原料及びバインダ原料を空気搬送する途中で空気の乱流により一体に撹拌した後、前記撹拌された再生原料及びバインダ原料を回転撹拌部により撹拌し、該撹拌された再生原料及びバインダ原料を移送撹拌部に送り込んで一体に擦り合わせて撹拌混合することを特徴とする自動車用内装材のリサイクル方法。 - 減容混合工程は、撹拌混合された再生原料及びバインダ原料を減容移送撹拌部に送り込んで一体に擦り合わせて混合減容する請求項1記載の自動車用内装材のリサイクル方法。
